Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Butelka ma zastosowanie w szczegól- nosci jako butelka do karmienia niemowlat. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w wi- doku perspektywicznym z przodu i z boku, fig.2- butelke w wi- doku z boku, fig.3- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.4- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.5- butelke w widoku z tylu, fig.6- butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.7- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze korpus obejmuje trzy segmenty, z których segment dolny ma wy- sokosc trzy i pól razy wieksza od wysokosci segmentu srodko-wego, a wysokosc segmentu górnego jest okolo dwóch razy mniejsza od wysokosci segmentu srodkowego. Segment dolny ma ksztalt walca z wypukla sciana boczna, a segment srodkowy ma ksztalt walca o wiekszej srednicy z wypukla sciana boczna. Na scianach bocznych obu segmentów przebiegaja dwie symetryczne wkleslosci majace w widoku z boku zarys litery "U", przy czym wkleslosci te polozone sa na przeciw siebie. Segment górny korpusu stanowi szyjke butelki i obejmuje walcowa czesc dol- na, na której powierzchni bocznej znajduja sie cztery wystepy oraz czesc górna w ksztalcie stozka scietego z wklesla sciana boczna. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The bottle is used, in particular, as a feeding bottle for babies. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective views from the front and side, fig. 2 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a view from the other side, fig. 4 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 5 - the bottle in a back view, fig. 6 - the bottle in a top view, and fig. 7 - the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle, according to the design, is characterized by a body comprising three segments, of which the lower segment is three and a half times higher than the middle segment, and the upper segment is approximately half the height of the middle segment. The lower segment is cylindrical with a convex side wall, and the middle segment is cylindrical with a larger diameter and a convex side wall. The side walls of both segments have two symmetrical concavities, which, when viewed from the side, form the outline of the letter "U," with these concavities being located opposite each other. The upper segment of the body constitutes the neck of the bottle and comprises a cylindrical lower section with four protrusions on its side surface and an upper section in the shape of a truncated cone with a concave side wall.
