Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych butelce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - w widoku od strony naroza, zas fig. 3 - w widoku od spodu.Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest wyposazona u góry w obwodowy kolnierz, laczacy sie z niewielka szyjka. Szyjka zas przechodzi w obwodowy nadlew, ponizej którego znajduje sie czesc zbiornikowa. Czesc zbiornikowa butelki przypomina w swym ksztalcie w srodkowej czesci prostopadloscian o zaokraglonych narozach. Prostopadloscian u góry przechodzi w bryle bedaca fragmentem powierzchni sferycznej kuli. U dolu scianki czesci zbiornikowej sa lukowo uksztaltowane i zbiezne ku dolowi. Kazda ze scianek czesci zbiornikowej butelki ma zdobienie. Zdobienia stanowia wglebienia przypominajace w swej formie niecke o zarysie zblizonym do elipsy. Dno butelki jest wklesle i ma zarys kola z chropowata obwódka na obrzezu. PL PLThe design registration right for the bottle is valid from August 21, 2001. The design is a bottle designed to work with an atomizer. It is used as packaging for perfumes and floral waters. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the bottle a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 from the corner, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. According to the design, the bottle is equipped with a circumferential collar at the top, connecting to a small neck. The neck, in turn, flows into a circumferential ledge, below which is the reservoir section. The bottle's reservoir section resembles a cuboid in its central section with rounded corners. At the top, the cuboid merges into a solid that is a fragment of the surface of a spherical sphere. At the bottom, the reservoir section walls are arched and tapered downward. Each of the reservoir section walls is decorated. The decorations consist of recesses resembling a basin with an outline close to an ellipse. The bottle's bottom is concave and circular with a rough rim.
