Pojemnik, szczególnie na przyprawy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, szczególnie na przyprawy, który moze byc wykorzystywany równiez jako opakowanie innych produktów, glównie produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Dolna czesc 3 pojemnika, rozszerzajaca sie nieco ku górze, poprzez lukowo wyprofilowany uskok 4, przechodzi w czesc cylindryczna 5. Czesc cylindryczna 5 jest zakonczona wypuklym pierscieniem 6 powyzej, którego na pojemniku jest osadzona nasadka 7.Nasadka 7 ma ksztalt zamknietego od góry cylindra. W górnej sciance nasadki!, wokól obrzeza znajduje sie wypuklosc 8, zas wewnatrz jest wglebienie 9. Od wewnatrz w nasadce 7 jest wykonany obwodowy wypust 10. Dolna czesc 3 pojemnika jest utworzona z rozmieszczonych równomiernie na obwodzie, jedna obok drugiej scianek 11, nachylonych ukosnie do podloza, przy czym górne i dolne krawedzie scianek 11 sa wyprofilowane lukowo. The subject of the industrial design is a container, especially for spices, which can also be used as packaging for other products, primarily food products. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the features of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The container, according to the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the container in a bottom view, and Fig. 3 shows the container in cross-section. The container, especially for spices, according to the industrial design, can be made of glass or plastic. Essential Features of the Industrial Design. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached drawing include that container 1 has the shape of an elongated solid with a base 2 in the outline of a uniform polygon. The lower part 3 of the container, widening slightly upwards, passes through an arc-shaped step 4 into a cylindrical part 5. The cylindrical part 5 is terminated with a convex ring 6 above which a cap 7 is mounted on the container. The cap 7 has the shape of a cylinder closed from the top. In the upper wall of the cap, around the rim, there is a convexity 8, while inside there is a recess 9. On the inside, a circumferential projection 10 is made in the cap 7. The lower part 3 of the container is formed of walls 11 evenly spaced around the circumference, one next to the other, inclined diagonally to the ground, with the upper and lower edges of the walls 11 being arc-shaped.
