Sloik Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od 26 lipca 2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sloik, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako opakowanie produktów spozywczych, przede wszystkim dzemów, konfitur, marmolad, musów i galaretek. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac sloika przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz zdobieniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia sloik w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku, natomiast fig.3 - w widoku od spodu.Sloik, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonany, korzystnie ze szkla. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze sloik zgodnie ze wzorem jest wyposazony u góry w nagwintowana szyjke, zas u dolu ma postawe o zarysie kolowym. Podstawa tworzy cokól dla czesci zbiornikowej. Od spodu posiada rozmieszczone równomiernie na obwodzie, jedna obok drugiej niewielkie wypuklosci. Czesc zbiornikowa sloika jest uksztaltowana w formie bryly, przypominajacej w swej formie scieta u góry i u dolu gruszke. Pomiedzy czescia zbiornikowa a nagwintowana szyjka znajduje sie wypukly, obwodowy pierscien. Scianki, czolowa i tylna czesci zbiornikowej sa splaszczone. Posiadaja one zdobienie, które stanowia wkleslosci majace ksztalt zblizony do owalu z pólokraglym wybrzuszeniem posrodku górnej krawedzi. The subject of the industrial design is a jar used as packaging for food products, primarily jams, preserves, marmalades, mousses, and jellies. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for multiple reproductions. The new form of the jar is manifested in its shape and surface decoration. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the jar from the front, Fig. 2 from the side, and Fig. 3 from the bottom. The jar, according to the industrial design, is made, preferably of glass. The essential features of the industrial design include that the jar, according to the design, is equipped with a threaded neck at the top and has a circular base at the bottom. The base forms a plinth for the reservoir. The underside has small protrusions evenly spaced around the circumference, one next to the other. The reservoir portion of the jar is shaped like a solid, truncated pear. Between the reservoir portion and the threaded neck is a convex, circumferential ring. The walls, front, and rear of the reservoir are flattened. They are decorated with concavities roughly oval in shape with a semicircular bulge in the center of the upper edge.
