Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania Nowa postac sloika przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie oraz zdobieniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia sloik w widoku ogólnym z przodu, fig.2 - w widoku od spodu, natomiast fig.3 - uwidacznia ornament w zblizeniu.Sloik, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonany, korzystnie zeszkla. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze sloik zgodnie ze wzorem jest wyposazony u góry w nagwintowana szyjke, laczaca sie z poszerzona w stosunku do szyjki czescia zbiornikowa. Czesc zbiornikowa sloika jest uksztaltowana w formie walca, którego górne i dolne obrzeze sa wyprofilowane lukowo. Ponizej lukowo wyprofilowanego górnego obrzeza jak równiez powyzej lukowo wyprofilowanego dolnego obrzeza, na obwodzie czesci zbiornikowej sloika rozciagaja sie obwodowe nadlewy. Maja one forme wypuklych pierscieni. Ponizej dolnego pierscienia, w równych odleglosciach jeden od drugiego sa rozmieszczone wypukle motywy slowno-graficzne tworzace ornament Przedstawiaja one owal z napisem wewnatrz. The industrial design is a jar with an ornament, used as packaging for food products, primarily jams, preserves, marmalades, mousses, and jellies. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the product, suitable for repeated reproduction. The new form of the jar is manifested in its shape and surface decoration. The design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the jar in a general front view, Fig. 2 in a bottom view, and Fig. 3 shows a close-up of the ornament. The jar, in accordance with the industrial design, is made, preferably of glass. Among the essential features of the industrial design is that the jar, as shown in the design, is equipped with a threaded neck at the top, connecting to a container section that is wider than the neck. The container section of the jar is cylindrical, with arched upper and lower rims. Below the arched upper rim and above the arched lower rim, circumferential risers extend around the circumference of the container section. These risers are shaped like convex rings. Below the lower ring, raised verbal and graphic motifs forming an ornament are placed at equal distances from each other. They represent an oval with an inscription inside. At the top, on the edge of the oval, there is a protrusion having the outline of leaves, while at the bottom there are protrusions with the outline of a cherry fruit.Fig.1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL
