Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nakretka, przeznaczona do stosowania jako zamkniecie opakowan wód mineralnych i stolowych oraz innych plynów spozywczych. Uniemozliwia ona jednoczesnie dostep do zawartosci opakowania czynników zewnetrznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i elementach zdobienia, nadajaca nakretce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych.Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1 i fig. 2, przedstawiajacych nakretke w widoku ogólnym w calosci, po zdjeciu oslaniajacego kapturka oraz ulozony obok sam kapturek. Nakretka przedstawiona na fotografii, fig.l, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowana w formie krazka. Krazek ten u dolu jest wyposazony w plombujacy pierscien, zas u góry jest zaopatrzony w ruchomy dozujacy walec. Ruchomy walec ma górna czesc uformowana w ksztalcie grzybka i jest osadzony w krazku osiowo. Ruchomy dozujacy walec jest zabezpieczony z zewnatrz oslaniajacym kapturkiem, wyposazonym u dolu w mocujacy pierscien. Pierscien ten, laczacy kapturek z nakretka jest polaczony z pozostala czescia kapturka zrywalnymi ciegnami, niszczonymi podczas otwierania naczynia. Oslaniajacy kapturek, przymocowany do nakretki pelni role oslony aseptycznej dla zawartosci naczynia, zwlaszcza butelki jak równiez stanowi element plombujacy, uniemozliwiajacy na przyklad czesciowe zuzycie zawartosci naczynia a nastepnie uzupelnienie jej otworami powstalymi po uniesieniu ku górze ruchomego walca. Powierzchnia boczna nakretki ma zdobienie w formie rozmieszczonych jeden obok drugiego pionowych wypuklosci, pomiedzy którymi sa utworzone rowki. Nakretka przedstawiona na fotografii, fig. 2, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowana w formie krazka, wyposazonego u dolu w plombujacy pierscien, zas u góry w ruchomy dozujacy walec. Ruchomy walec ma czesc górna uformowana w ksztalcie grzybka i jest osadzony w krazku osiowo. Ruchomy dozujacy walec jest zabezpieczony z zewnatrz oslaniajacym kapturkiem. Kapturek u doluposiada mocujacy pierscien, przy czym pierscien ten jest polaczony z pozostala czescia kapturka zrywalnymi ciegnami. Kapturek, podobnie jak ten przedstawiony na fotografii, fig. 1 pelni role oslony aseptycznej dla zawartosci butelki, jak równiez stanowi element plombujacy, uniemozliwiajacy czesciowe zuzycie zawartosci naczynia a nastepnie uzupelnienie tej zawartosci otworami powstalymi po uniesieniu ku górze ruchomego dozujacego walca. Powierzchnia boczna nakretki ma zdobienie w formie rozmieszczonych jeden obok drugiego pionowych wypuklosci, pomiedzy którymi sa utworzone rowki. PL PLThe design registration right for the cap has been in effect since July 14, 1999. The design is a cap intended for use as a closure for mineral water, table water, and other food liquids. It also prevents external factors from accessing the contents of the packaging. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and decorative elements, giving the cap a new, original appearance, intended for aesthetic purposes. The design is presented in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, showing a general view of the cap in its entirety, after removing the protective cap, and the cap itself placed next to it. The cap shown in photograph Fig. 1, in accordance with the design, is shaped like a disc. This disc is equipped with a sealing ring at the bottom, and a movable dispensing roller at the top. The movable roller has a mushroom-shaped upper part and is axially mounted within the disc. The movable dispensing roller is protected externally by a protective cap, equipped with a securing ring at the bottom. This ring, connecting the cap to the cap, is connected to the remaining part of the cap by breakaway links that are destroyed when the container is opened. The protective cap, attached to the cap, serves as an aseptic seal for the contents of the container, particularly the bottle, and also acts as a sealing element, preventing, for example, partial consumption of the container's contents and subsequent refilling through the holes created by the upward movement of the movable roller. The lateral surface of the cap is decorated with vertical protrusions arranged side by side, with grooves between them. The cap shown in Fig. 2, in accordance with the decorative pattern, is shaped like a disc, equipped with a sealing ring at the bottom and a movable dispensing roller at the top. The movable roller has a mushroom-shaped upper part and is axially embedded in the disc. The movable dispensing roller is secured externally with a protective cap. The cap has a mounting ring at the bottom, and this ring is connected to the remaining part of the cap with breakaway links. The cap, like the one shown in the photograph, Fig. 1, serves as an aseptic shield for the bottle's contents and also acts as a sealing element, preventing partial consumption of the container's contents and subsequent refilling of this content through holes created by lifting the movable dispensing roller upward. The side surface of the cap is decorated with vertical ridges arranged side by side, with grooves between them.
