Nakretka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 15 grudnia 1998r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nakretka, znajdujaca zastosowanie jako zamkniecie pojemników o róznym przeznaczeniu. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, przedstawiajacej nakretke w widoku perspektywicznym.Nakretka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowana w formie zamknietego jednostronnie od góry walca, z boczna scianka scieta u góry ukosnie. Ponizej scietej czesci, na bocznej sciance sa rozmieszczone w równych odleglosciach od siebie pionowe wypuklosci, dochodzace do obwodowego kolnierza, znajdujacego sie u dolu. len zas jest polaczony zrywalnymi ciegnami z plombujacym pierscieniem. The cap, in accordance with the design, is shaped as a cylinder closed on one side at the top, with a side wall cut diagonally at the top. Below the cut part, on the side wall, vertical protrusions are spaced at equal distances, reaching to a circumferential flange located at the bottom.
