Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na farby plakatowe, przeznaczony do konfekcjonowania 10 ml farb plakatowych, pakowanych nastepnie w opakowania zbiorcze, zawierajace pelna game barw. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - ilustrujacym pojemnik w przekroju poprzecznym oraz na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie fig.2 - pokazuje otwarty pojemnik z nakretka umieszczona obok, zas fig.3 - prezentuje pojemnik zamkniety.Pojemnik jest wykonany korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze pojemnik na farby plakatowe jest wyposazony w zbiorniczek 1 i nakretke 2, przy czym wysokosc zbiorniczka 1 odpowiada wysokosci nakretki 2. Zbiorniczek 1 ma ksztalt zblizony do splaszczonego walca. Zbiorniczek 1 jest przezroczysty a jego zewnetrzna powierzchnia jest chropowata. U góry zbiorniczek 1 posiada obwodowy pierscien 3 a nad nim ukladajace sie ukosnie wypuklosci 4. Boczna powierzchnia nakretki 2 jest zdobiona umieszczonymi jeden obok drugiego drobnymi rowkami 5. Górna powierzchnia 6 nakretki 2 jest gladka i wklesla. Naroza 7 nakretki 2 sa zaokraglone. A.Ch. The subject of the industrial design is a poster paint container, designed to hold 10 ml of poster paint, then packaged in bulk containers containing a full range of colors. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of the lines, colors, materials, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, illustrating the container in cross-section, and in the attached photographs, where Fig. 2 shows the open container with the cap placed next to it, and Fig. 3 shows the closed container. The container is preferably made of plastic. The essential features of the industrial design include that the poster paint container is equipped with a reservoir 1 and a cap 2, wherein the height of the reservoir 1 corresponds to the height of the cap 2. The reservoir 1 has a shape similar to a flattened cylinder. The reservoir 1 is transparent and its outer surface is rough. At the top, the reservoir 1 has a circumferential ring 3 and above it diagonally arranged protrusions 4. The side surface of the cap 2 is decorated with fine grooves 5 placed side by side.
