Pierwszenstwo od dnia 8 stycznia 2002 r., nr 402 00 056.0 (Niemcy) Pojemnik Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik zwlaszcza do dezodorantów, wykonany korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, wyposazonego w dozownik i przejawiajaca sie w jego postaci i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunku i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia rysunek pojemnika wwidoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - fotografie pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z jednego z boków, fig. 4 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig. 5 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig. 6 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig. 7 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 7 ma postac zbiornika, wyposazonego u góry w nieuwidoczniony na rysunku i fotografiach, dozownik w postaci obracajacej sie kuli, której zewnetrzna powierzchnia rozprowadza dezodorant, zamykany za pomoca widocznej na rysunku i fotografiach, nakrecanej pokrywki. Pokrywka pojemnika ma w widoku z przodu, z tylu i z boku ksztalt kopuly, o scietej górnej powierzchni, natomiast zbiornik ma w górnej czesci w widoku z przodu i z tylu ksztalt walca, przechodzacego zaokraglona szyjka w sciety stozek, oraz rozszerzajacego sie w kierunku podstawy. W widoku z boku górna walcowa czesc zbiornika cofa sie jednostronnie w obrebie szyjki w kierunku do srodka, zas czesc stozkowa zbiornika rozszerza sie równiez jednostronnie w kierunku podstawy. W widoku z góry pojemnik ma ksztalt okragly, natomiast w widoku z dolu podstawa pojemnika ma ksztalt owalny, natomiast w miejscu polaczenia z pokrywka okragly. Priority from 8 January 2002, No. 402 00 056.0 (Germany) Container The subject of the industrial design is a container, particularly for deodorants, preferably made of plastic. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, equipped with a dispenser and manifested in its shape and color. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of a container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows a photograph of the container in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the same container in a side view, Fig. 4 shows the same container in a front view, Fig. 5 shows the same container in a back view, Fig. 6 shows the same container in a top view, and Fig. 7 shows the same container in a bottom view. The container shown in Figs. 1 to 7 has the form of a reservoir equipped at the top with a dispenser in the form of a rotating ball, not shown in the drawings and photographs, the outer surface of which distributes the deodorant, closed by means of a screw-on lid visible in the drawings and photographs. The container lid has a dome-shaped shape in front, back, and side views, with a truncated upper surface. The container has a cylindrical shape in the upper part in front and back views, which transitions to a truncated cone with a rounded neck and widens towards the base. In the side view, the upper cylindrical part of the container retracts on one side within the neck towards the center, while the conical part of the container also widens on one side towards the base. In the top view, the container has a round shape, while in the bottom view, the base of the container has an oval shape, and at the point of connection with the lid, it is round.
