Zakretka do butelek Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia: 03 listopada 2004 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zakretka do butelek. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zakretki do butelek, stosowanej do szczelnego zamkniecia plynów i past uzywanych w gospodarstwach domowych, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono zakretke do butelek w widoku od czola, a na fig. 2 - przedstawiono przekrój osiowy zakretki do butelek.Jak pokazano na rysunku zakretka do butelek ma korpus o ksztalcie walca, którego górne krawedzie sa zaokraglone i zachodza na okragle sklepienie. Sklepienie od wewnatrz zakretki ma monolitycznie polaczony z nim walcowy, gwintowany od wewnatrz pierscien, który na zewnatrz wzmocniony jest przez szesc, rozmieszczonych symetrycznie na obwodzie zeber o ksztalcie odwróconej litery „L". The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle cap from the front, and Fig. 2 shows an axial cross-section of the bottle cap. As shown in the drawing, the bottle cap has a cylindrical body with rounded upper edges that overlap the circular dome. The vault on the inside of the cap has a monolithically connected cylindrical ring, threaded from the inside, which is reinforced on the outside by six ribs in the shape of an inverted "L" arranged symmetrically around the circumference.
