Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka o elastycznej powloce, przeznaczona jako opakowanie srodków czystosci oraz wyrobów kosmetycznych. Znana jest butelka w postaci plaskiej bryly z usytuowanym w strefie srodkowej otworem, posiadajaca jednakowo uksztaltowane powierzchnie czolowa i tylna, na których znajduja sie wglebienia majace poczatek w górnej czesci butelki i kieruja sie szerokim lukiem ku dolnej czesci w strefie dna butelki. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, ukladzie linii na powierzchni, wlasciwosciach powierzchni, nadajace butelce oryginalny wyglad. Na scianie bocznej wglebienie to ma ksztalt prostokata. Sciany boczne butelki przechodza w górnej strefie lagodnymi lukami w kierunku szyjki butelki. Srednica szyjki butelki stanowi ok. 44 % najszerszej czesci butelki. W dolnej czesci szyjka ma kolnierz, którego srednica jest szersza od nagwintowanej czesci szyjki butelki. The bottle is a flat shape with a central opening, featuring identically shaped front and rear surfaces, each with recesses originating in the upper part of the bottle and extending in a wide arc towards the lower part at the bottom of the bottle. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, the arrangement of lines on the surface, and the surface properties, giving the bottle a unique appearance. Essential features of an industrial design Essential features of an industrial design are that the bottle consists of a flat body with an opening in the middle and has identically shaped, slightly convex front and rear surfaces, and a bottom in the shape of a rectangle with convex longer sides and rounded edges. The side surfaces are parallel to each other and perpendicular to the base of the bottle. On the front and rear surfaces, there is a recess that begins in the upper part of the bottle body, approximately two-thirds from the base, descends in a very gentle, slightly convex arc, curving upwards towards the smooth side of the bottle. Then, in a sharp arc, it curves perpendicularly towards the base of the bottle, approximately one-seventh from that side. It then breaks and, at the beginning, parallel to the base of the bottle, then in a slight upward arc, continues towards the other side of the bottle, connecting with the recess on the opposite side. On the sidewall, this recess is rectangular. The sidewalls of the bottle flow gently towards the neck in the upper zone. The diameter of the neck of the bottle is approximately 44% of the widest part of the bottle. In the lower part, the neck has a collar, the diameter of which is wider than the threaded part of the bottle neck.
