Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pakunek. W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, pakunek wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Wzór pakunku jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia pakunek w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, tylu i boku, fig. 2 - pakunek w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - w widoku z przodu, a fig. 5 - w widoku z tylu. Pakunek, wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma symetryczna wzgledem wzdluznej plaszczyzny symetrii bryle w ksztalcie splaszczonego serca o równoleglych powierzchni górnej i podstawie, od której odchodzi uksztaltowane w plaszczyznie podstawy plaskie obrzeze. Krawedzie przy powierzchni górnej pakunku sa zaokraglone, a jego scianki boczne pochylone i odgiete u jego podstawy. Powierzchnieobrzeza, czesci górnej i czesci dolnej pakunku sa odmienne, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych fig. 1-5 rysunku. Cechami istotnymi pakunku jest to, ze ma symetryczna wzgledem wzdluznej plaszczyzny symetrii bryle w ksztalcie splaszczonego serca o równoleglych powierzchni górnej i podstawie, od której odchodzi uksztaltowane w plaszczyznie podstawy plaskie obrzeze. Krawedzie przy powierzchni górnej pakunku sa zaokraglone, a jego scianki boczne pochylone i odgiete u jego podstawy. Compared to similar products of this type, the package is distinguished by its new form, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, and surface properties. According to the design, the package is characterized by a symmetrical shape with respect to the longitudinal plane of symmetry, in the shape of a flattened heart, with parallel upper and lower surfaces, from which a flat rim extends in the plane of the lower surface. The edges at the upper surface of the package are rounded, and its side walls are inclined and bent at the base. The surfaces of the rim, top, and bottom of the package are different, as shown in the attached figures 1-5 of the drawing. The essential features of the package are that it has a symmetrical shape with respect to the longitudinal plane of symmetry, in the shape of a flattened heart, with parallel top and base surfaces, from which a flat rim extends, shaped in the plane of the base. The edges at the top surface of the package are rounded, and its side walls are inclined and bent at its base.
