Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest brodzik do kapieli pod natryskiem trójscienny, przeznaczony do uzytku w lazience i zabudowania pod kabina natryskowa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi oryginalna, odmienna od znanych, postac brodzi- ka, która przejawia sie glównie w ksztalcie obrysu jego wglebienia stanowiacego dno, jak rów- niez w ksztalcie obrysu krawedzi zewnetrznych, które maja cechy funkcjonalne i estetyczne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zilustrowany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na fig.1 i fig.2, przy czym fig. 1 pokazuje brodzik w widoku z góry, a fig. 2 - przekrój A-A z fig. 1 . Brodzik charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z góry wszystkie górne krawedzie obrysu ksztaltowego wglebienia sa lekko zalamane, a nastepnie, po luku, lacza sie z plaskim dnem, które jest usytuowane lekko pochylo w kierunku otworu spustowego, przy czym linie górnego obrysu wglebienia sa uformowane jako odcinki kolistych okregów, prowadzonych po promieniu od punktu przeciecia sie osi symetrii X i Y ksztaltu obrysu zewnetrznego brodzika. Brodzik, poza tym, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze obrys bocznych krawedzi zewnetrznych ma postac obrysu zlozonego z trójkata o kacie prostym, polaczonego przeciwprostokatna z po- lem, którego czesc górna uformowana jest po okregu kola prowadzonego po promieniu R4 od srodka przeciecia sie osi symetrii X - Y, a obie boczne krawedzie stanowia linie proste i lacza sie z wierzcholkami przeciwprostokatnej, przy czym odcinki kolistych okregów prowadzone sa po promieniu R5, R6 i R7 w stosunku do kazdej bocznej krawedzi brodzika. PL PLThe industrial design is for a three-walled shower tray intended for use in a bathroom and built under a shower enclosure. The essence of the industrial design is the original form of the shower tray, different from known forms, which manifests itself primarily in the outline of its recessed bottom, as well as in the outline of the outer edges, which have both functional and aesthetic features. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, where Fig. 1 shows the shower tray from above, and Fig. 2 shows cross-section A-A of Fig. 1. The shower tray is characterized by the fact that in a top view, all upper edges of the recess shape outline are slightly bent and then, in an arc, connect to a flat bottom which is situated slightly inclined towards the drain hole, wherein the lines of the upper recess outline are formed as segments of circular circles, drawn along a radius from the point of intersection of the X and Y symmetry axes of the external shape outline of the shower tray. The shower tray is also characterized by the fact that the outline of the side external edges is in the form of an outline composed of a right-angled triangle, connected by the hypotenuse to the area, the upper part of which is formed by a circle drawn along the radius R4 from the center of intersection of the X-Y symmetry axes, and both side edges are straight lines and connect with the vertices of the hypotenuse, wherein the segments of the circular circles are drawn along the radii R5, R6 and R7 in relation to each side edge of the shower tray.
