Brodzik narozny Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia sierpnia 1999 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest brodzik narozny przeznaczony do kapieli pod natryskiem, uformowany jako monolit, stanowiacy bryle przestrzenna. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac brodzika naroznego, przewijajaca sie zarówno w ksztalcie calego monolitu, jak równiez w szczególach uksztaltowania jego dna przeznaczonego do stania podczas kapieli, oraz w szczególach linii obrysu, które to cechy tego uksztaltowania nadaja brodzikowi oryginalny wyglad i zmierzaja do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zilustrowany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje brodzik w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - w przekroju A-A i fig. 3 -widok brodzika w rzucie perspektywicznym. Brodzik narozny, majacy ksztalt w widoku z góry trójkata równoramiennego z katem prostym u wierzcholka, uformowany jako monolit z wglebionym dnem, w którym wykonany jest zaglebiony otwór spustowy, zawierajacy obrzeze w postaci pionowo usytuowanych scianek, charakteryzuje sie tym wedlug istotnych cech wzoru zdobniczego, ze trójkat równoramienny zamkniety jest od dolu na powierzchniach zewnetrznych dwoma symetrycznymi wzgledem siebie pionowymi sciankami, przebiegajacymi w widoku od góry, po duzym luku kolowym. Natomiast wglebione dno ma ksztalt w obrysie ograniczony zarówno od góry, jak i dolu dwoma liniami symetrycznie biegnacymi po duzym luku kolowym, przy czym od obrzeza otworu spustowego, w kierunku osi kata prostego, uformowana jest pochyla scianka laczaca sie z górnym obrzezem, które przebiega lekko ukosnie wzgledem obrzeza stanowiacego górna plaska powierzchnie brodzika. Brodzik narozny wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tez tym, ze pochyla scianka, laczy sie z obrzezem otworu spustowego, scianka pionowa, a scianka wewnetrzna od czola brodzika w kierunku otworu spustowego, uformowana jest po luku kolowym. PL PL PL PLCorner Shower Tray The right to register the ornamental design has been in effect since August 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a corner shower tray designed for showering, formed as a monolith, constituting a three-dimensional solid. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the corner shower tray, recurring both in the shape of the entire monolith, as well as in the details of its bottom, intended for standing while bathing, and in the details of the outline lines, all of which give the shower tray a unique appearance and serve aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the shower tray from above, Fig. 2 in cross-section A-A, and Fig. 3 in perspective. A corner shower tray, shaped from above as an isosceles triangle with a right angle at its apex, formed as a monolith with a recessed bottom containing a recessed drain hole, which is surrounded by a rim in the form of vertically arranged walls. The essential features of the decorative design are that the isosceles triangle is enclosed at the bottom on its outer surfaces by two symmetrical vertical walls, which, when viewed from above, run along a large circular arc. The recessed bottom, on the other hand, has an outline bounded both at the top and bottom by two lines symmetrically running along a large circular arc. From the rim of the drain hole, towards the axis of the right angle, a sloping wall is formed, connecting to the upper rim, which runs slightly diagonally to the rim constituting the upper flat surface of the shower tray. The corner shower tray, according to its decorative pattern, is also characterized by a sloping wall that connects to the edge of the drain hole, a vertical wall, and an inner wall from the front of the shower tray towards the drain hole, formed in a circular arc.
