Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the features of shape, configuration and ornamentation of a multidose inhaler as shown in the drawings; the multidose inhaler has a symmetrical top cover, a middle cover, a base, a mouth piece and a knob; the top cover is generally circular in top view with two central concentric closely spaced-apart circular areas thereon; the top cover has lateral wing-like areas along the side edges thereof which extend outwards therefrom; the wing-like areas have curved corners and merge through curved step areas into opposite ends of a downwards curved lip portion that extends between the rear ends of the wing-like areas; the middle cover of the multidose inhaler is generally round with curved side surfaces; the base of the multidose inhaler has a bowl-like shape with a generally flat bottom surface which merges through rounded corner areas into curved side surfaces; the mouth piece is situated at the front of the multidose inhaler and is symmetrical with a central elliptical open area and outwards and rearwards curved side surfaces the rear edges of which form a generally oval edge with flattened ends where the mouth piece meets the middle cover and base of the inhaler;the knob is symmetrical and is situated to the right of the mouth piece; the knob has a raised central section which merges into upper and lower wing-like sections which curve outwards and rearwards away from the raised central section; the wing-like areas have curved end corners and short flat end surfaces; the outer surface of each wing-like area merges through a curved transition area into the adjacent side surface of the raised central section; the outer surface of the raised central section has curved upper edges and a central rectangular area therein.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a top view of the design of multidose inhaler;Fig. 2 is a front view thereof;Fig. 3 is a bottom view thereof;Fig. 4 is a right side view thereof;Fig. 5 is a left side thereof;Fig. 6 is a rear view thereof; andFig. 7 is a perspective view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
