Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape and configuration of a generally symmetrical inhaler device having an upper section, a lower section, and a right end section which is circular in front and rear elevation views; the upper section has a boot-like shape with a down-turned toe area that merges into the right end section; the left side of the upper section tapers gradually inwards to a generally oval upper portion in plan view that has a generally oval opening therein; the lower section has smooth curved front and rear surfaces and the lower portion of the lower section tapers inwards to a generally oval bottom surface having a circular opening therein; the left side of the lower section has a left side area having straight side edges in front and rear views and a straight lower edge joining the side edges and extending at right angles thereto; the right side is pointed outwardly in front view.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a perspective view of the design of the inhaler device;Fig. 2 is a left side view thereof;Fig. 3 is a right side view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 7 is a bottom view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
