Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w ksztalcie smuklym butelki skladajacej sie z korpusu zamknietego od góry nakretka i posiadajacej symetrycznie uksztaltowane wzgledem siebie plaskie powierzchnie czolowa i tylnia. Dno butelki ma profilowany wypust o eliptycznym ksztalcie, scietym od strony wybrzuszonego boku butelki, przy czym dno butelki ma piec wglebien równoleglych do scietej strony.Pierwsza odmiane wzorów przedstawia fig. 1, 8, 9, 10, Druga odmiana wzoru jest pierwsza odmiana wzoru z gladka nakretka w ksztalcie tulei, zamknietej od góry i otwartej od dolu, przy czym srednica tulei stopniowo zmniejsza sie ku górze tworzac ksztalt lekko wypukly. Krawedzie nakretki u góry sa lekko sciete i zaokraglone, tworzac na górze male, okragle, gladkie wglebienie. W 1/3 wysokosci od dolu nakretki umieszczony jest gladki pierscien, polaczony swa górna krawedzia z tuleja, zas otwarty od dolu. Na wewnetrznej stronie pierscienia umieszczony jest gwint. Trzecia odmiana wzoru jest pierwsza odmiana wzoru z nakretka w ksztalcie tulei, zamknietej od góry i otwartej od dolu, przy czym srednica tulei stopniowo zmniejsza sie ku górze tworzac ksztalt lekko wypukly. Krawedzie nakretki u góry sa lekko sciete i zaokraglone, tworzac na górze nakretki male, okragle, gladkie wglebienie. Górna czesc tulei, na okolo 2/3 wysokosci posiada relief skladajacy sie z pasków w ksztalcie wydluzonych trójkatów równoramiennych biegnacych z dolu ku górze, skierowanych wierzcholkiem do góry i konczacych sie na granicy z okraglym wglebieniem. W 1/3 wysokosci od dolu nakretki umieszczony jest gladki pierscien, polaczony swa górna krawedzia z tuleja, zas otwarty od dolu. Na wewnetrznej stronie pierscienia umieszczony jest gwint. Pierscien posiada wieksza srednice od tulei. Pierscien ma zaokraglone górne krawedzie. W widoku z góry nakretka ma ksztalt dwóch wspólsrodkowych okregów. Cala nakretka w rzucie bocznym ma ksztalt scietego od góry stozka. Trzecia odmiana wzoru jest przedstawiona na fig. 3, 13.Czwarta odmiana wzoru jest pierwsza odmiana wzoru, która pokryta jest równoleglymi paskami, przy czym paski w górnej strefie sciany bocznej, na zlaczu, ukladaja sie ukosnie, tworzac wzór przypominajacy jodelke, zas na pozostalej czesci powierzchni butelki ukladaja sie prostopadle do podstawy. Odmiana wzoru przedstawiona jest na fig. 4, 14, 15, 16. Piata odmiana wzoru jest czwarta odmiana wzoru z gladka nakretka w ksztalcie tulei, zamknietej od góry i otwartej od dolu, przy czym srednica tulei stopniowo zmniejsza sie ku górze tworzac ksztalt lekko wypukly. Krawedzie nakretki u góry sa lekko sciete i zaokraglone, tworzac na górze male, okragle, gladkie wglebienie. A known bottle is a flat solid body with a neck with a filler cap and a cap, and a handle with modeled recesses on the front and rear surfaces. The handle is located centrally on the side surface, which is bulging at the top and then concave, while the opposite side surface has a modeled bulge in the form of an elongated teardrop. A bottle is also known in the form of a solid body with a longitudinal cross-section roughly ellipsoidal, consisting of a body closed at the top by a cap with symmetrically shaped flat front and rear surfaces. Both side surfaces are bulging, and a handle is located on one side, at its top. The bottle has two cutouts, which create figures on the side surface similar to triangles with their vertices facing each other. On the other side surface, which has the handle, the cutout runs parallel to the plane of the bottle's base. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, surface properties, line layout on that surface, and colors. The essential features of the industrial design are manifested in the slender shape of the bottle, consisting of a body closed at the top with a cap and having symmetrically shaped, flat front and rear surfaces. One side surface is slightly convex, and the other, opposite side surface, is provided with an arc-shaped handle in its upper part, wherein the bottle handle opening is oval in shape and the surface around the handle opening is elliptical in shape, and the transition between the surface around the opening and the recess of the front and rear surfaces is smooth. On the front and rear surfaces there is an arc-shaped recess which starts in the upper part of the bottle body, above the beginning of the handle and descends in a gentle arc, convex upwards in the central part of the bottle body and runs parallel to the base of the bottle, in a gentle arc upwards towards the same side, and its shape resembles a handle in a front view, furthermore on the side surface without the handle, two pairs of parallel recesses are modelled, one pair being situated in the upper part of the bottle and the second pair of recesses being situated a short distance below the first pair, in its extension, the second pair being longer than the first pair and ending just at the base of the bottle, while on the side surface having the handle, below the handle, in the recess of the front and rear surfaces, there are two parallel recesses in the shape of a gentle arc. The bottle bottom has a profiled, elliptical projection, cut from the bulging side of the bottle, with the bottom having five recesses parallel to the cut side. The first design variation is shown in Figs. 1, 8, 9, and 10. The second design variation features a smooth, sleeve-shaped cap, closed at the top and open at the bottom, with the diameter of the sleeve gradually decreasing upwards, creating a slightly convex shape. The edges of the cap are slightly beveled and rounded at the top, creating a small, round, smooth recess at the top. A smooth ring is placed 1/3 of the way up from the bottom of the cap, connected at its top edge to the sleeve, and open at the bottom. The thread is located on the inner side of the ring. The ring has a larger diameter than the sleeve. The ring has rounded upper edges. From the top view, the nut is shaped like two concentric circles. Design variations are shown in Figs. 2 and 12. The third design variation is the first design variation with a sleeve-shaped nut, closed at the top and open at the bottom, with the sleeve diameter gradually decreasing upward, creating a slightly convex shape. The nut's upper edges are slightly beveled and rounded, creating a small, round, smooth recess at the top of the nut. The upper part of the sleeve, approximately two-thirds of its height, features a relief consisting of strips in the shape of elongated isosceles triangles running from the bottom upward, pointing upward and terminating at the edge of a circular recess. A smooth ring is located one-third of the way from the bottom of the nut, connected to the sleeve at its upper edge and open at the bottom. A thread is located on the inner side of the ring. The ring has a larger diameter than the sleeve. The ring has rounded upper edges. From a top view, the nut is shaped like two concentric circles. The entire nut, viewed from the side, has the shape of a truncated cone. The third design variation is shown in Figures 3 and 13. The fourth design variation is the first design variation, which is covered with parallel stripes, with the stripes in the upper zone of the sidewall, at the joint, running diagonally, creating a herringbone-like pattern, while on the rest of the bottle surface they run perpendicular to the base. The design variation is shown in Figures 4 and 14, 15, and 16. The fifth design variation is the fourth design variation, with a smooth, sleeve-shaped cap, closed at the top and open at the bottom, with the diameter of the sleeve gradually decreasing upward, creating a slightly convex shape.
