The industrial design registration right is valid from February 21, 2002. Priority: August 29, 2001, United States of America. The subject of the industrial design is a toothbrush handle. Compared to similarly shaped products of this type, the toothbrush handle is distinguished by its new form manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface properties. The design of the toothbrush handle is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the toothbrush handle in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the toothbrush handle in a left side view, Fig. 3 shows the toothbrush handle in a back view, Fig. 4 shows the toothbrush handle in a right side view, Fig. 5 shows the toothbrush handle in a top view, and Fig. 6 shows the toothbrush handle in a bottom view, Fig. 7 shows the toothbrush handle in a perspective view from the front, left side and bottom, and Fig. 8 shows the toothbrush handle in a perspective view from the back, right side and bottom. A toothbrush handle, according to the model, is characterized by a body formed by three segments: an upper and a lower one, of similar lengths, and a shorter intermediate segment. The upper segment has a head and a lower part, slightly widening towards the intermediate segment and curved forward. The head has a flat front surface, a slightly convex rear surface, and rounded edges. The head's outline, from a frontal view, resembles a triangle with a rounded top, and the head transitions from a neck, tapering at its base, to the lower part of the upper segment. The intermediate segment has convex walls and, on its anterior and posterior surfaces, a shallow oval longitudinal recess with several wavy projections extending from the top downward of the toothbrush handle. The anterior surface of the intermediate segment overlaps the lower part of the upper segment with a wedge, and the lateral surfaces of the intermediate segment overlap the lateral surfaces of the lower segment with a wedge. The intermediate segment has a line-shaped surface on its surfaces, along and spaced from the edge of the intersection with the surfaces of the lower segment. The lower segment, offset forward, contacts the intermediate segment and has gently convex walls tapering towards the rounded lower end of the toothbrush handle. The anterior and posterior surfaces of the lower segment overlap with the anterior and posterior surfaces of the intermediate segment. The lower segment has, along its surfaces and at a distance from the edge of its intersection with the intermediate segment surfaces, a wavy wedge-shaped line extending downward on the anterior surface on the left side. On the anterior surface on the right side, the lower segment has a wavy wedge-shaped line extending upward from the bottom and continuing into its reflection on the posterior surface. In the lower part of each lateral surface, the lower segment has a shallow oval longitudinal recess, overlapping the anterior and posterior surfaces, formed with several transverse alternating ribs and grooves with rounded ends, with the recess on the right side being shaped offset downward relative to the recess on the left side, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1-8. The intermediate segment has a line-shaped line on its surfaces, along and spaced from the edge of its intersection with the surfaces of the lower segment. The lower segment, offset forward, contacts the intermediate segment and has gently convex walls tapering toward the rounded lower end of the toothbrush handle. The anterior and posterior surfaces of the lower segment overlap with the anterior and posterior surfaces of the intermediate segment. Along its surfaces, and spaced from the edge of its intersection with the intermediate segment, the lower segment has a wavy wedge-shaped line extending downward on the anterior surface on the left side. On the anterior surface on the right side, the lower segment has a wavy wedge-shaped line extending upward from the bottom and mirroring it on the posterior surface. In the lower part of each of the lateral surfaces, the lower segment has, overlapping the front and rear surfaces, a shallow oval longitudinal recess formed with several transverse alternating ribs and grooves with rounded ends, wherein the recess on the right side is formed with a downward offset relative to the recess on the left side, as shown in the attached drawing, Figs. 1-8.
