Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, majaca zastosowanie do plynnych produktów, zwlaszcza srodków kosmetycznych i czyszczacych. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle applicable to liquid products, especially cosmetics and cleaning agents.

Znana z opisu wzoru przemyslowego Rp 216 butelka uksztaltowana w formie geometrycznej bryly o owalnej podstawie i sciankach , czolowej oraz tylnej wypuklych. Butelka w górnej czesci jest lukowo uformowana i zakonczona szyjka gwintowana. Scianki, czolowa i tylna posiadaja zdobienia, które stanowi wkleslosc odwzorowujaca zarys butelki, a takze usytuowany powyzej wygiety lukowo, wklesly pasek. Z przodu i tylu butelki znajduja sie zdobienia, które stanowia plaskie zaglebienia o bokach równoleglych do krawedzi bocznych oraz zaokraglone promieniowo w dolnej i górnej czesci butelki z tym , ze w górnej i dolnej czesci butelki znajduja sie po dwa symetrycznie rozmieszczone zaglebienia w ksztalciepólksiezyców. Butelka wykonana jest w kolorze bialym , a odmiany butelki w kolorze niebieskim , pomaranczowym i zielonym.
