Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, przeja- wiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Butelka przeznaczona jest jako opa- kowanie dla srodków zawierajacych kompozycje detergentowe. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w wi- doku perspektywicznym z góry, z przodu i z boku, fig.2- bu- telke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.4- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.5- butelke w wi- doku z góry, a fig.6- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma wypukla sciane górna z cylindrycznym wypietrzeniem z gwintem,wokól którego rozciaga sie kolnierz majacy, w widoku z góry, zarys owalny. Jedna ze scian bocznych ma, w widoku z boku, zarys linii lukowatej, zas druga sciana boczna ma zarys linii falistej. Sciana przednia i tylna obejmuje kolejno od góry: plaska czesc o zarysie owalnym, wklesla czesc usytuowana przy dolnej krawedzi owalu oraz czesc wypukla, której czolo, w wi- doku z boku, wychodzi poza czolo owalnej czesci sciany, a po- nadto od dolnej krawedzi owalu odchodzi lukowata linia po- dzialowa biegnaca w kierunku sciany bocznej. W polu scia- ny dolnej znajduje sie obszar o zarysie trapezu równoramien- nego, którego ramiona sa lukowate. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The bottle is intended as packaging for agents containing detergent compositions. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in perspective views from above, from the front, and from the side, fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a view from the other side, fig. 5 - the bottle in a top view, and fig. 6 - the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle, according to the model, is characterized by a convex upper wall with a cylindrical threaded projection, around which extends a flange having, in plan view, an oval outline. One of the side walls has, in side view, the outline of an arcuate line, while the other side wall has the outline of a wavy line. The front and rear walls comprise, respectively, from the top: a flat part with an oval outline, a concave part located at the lower edge of the oval, and a convex part whose face, in side view, extends beyond the face of the oval part of the wall. Furthermore, an arcuate dividing line extends from the lower edge of the oval towards the side wall. The area of the lower wall has the outline of an isosceles trapezoid, the legs of which are arcuate.
