( Wielka Brytania ) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest oslona przeznaczona do osadzania na butelkach, jak równiez moze stanowic rodzaj opakowania. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac oslony przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia oslone w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - oslone w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - oslone w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - oslone w widoku zgóry, fig. 5 - oslone w widoku z tylu, zas fig. 6 przedstawia oslone w widoku z dolu. Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach oslona charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt odwróconej litery „U" z potrójnymi podluznymi wybraniami na sciankach bocznych, których zakonczenia z przodu sa owalne a po przeciwnej stronie sa ostro zakonczone. Przy czym krawedz zewnetrzna litery „U" jest lagodna a wewnetrzna zalamuje sie pod katami prostymi. Krawedz wewnetrzna posiada fazowanie, którego szerokosc odpowiada grubosci scianki oslony. Kazde ramie oslony ma ksztalt litery „C", której dolne i górne ramie jest o okolo polowe krótsze od czesci srodkowej. W widoku z boku scianka przednia, ponad wybraniami, skierowana jest ku sciance tylnej po luku, a w widoku z góry i od dolu scianka przednia posiada lagodnie zaoblone krawedzie. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the cover, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the cover in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the cover in a front view, Fig. 3 - the cover in a side view, Fig. 4 - the cover in a top view, Fig. 5 - the cover in a back view, while Fig. 6 shows the cover in a bottom view. According to the decorative pattern and as shown in the attached drawings, the cover is characterized by the fact that in a front view it has the shape of an inverted "U" with triple elongated recesses on the side walls, the ends of which are oval at the front and sharp on the opposite side. The outer edge of the "U" is gentle, and the inner edge is bent at right angles. The inner edge has a chamfer, the width of which corresponds to the thickness of the cover wall. Each arm of the cover is shaped like the letter "C," the lower and upper arms of which are approximately half as long as the middle part. In a side view, the front wall, above the recesses, is directed towards the rear wall in an arc, and in views from above and below, the front wall has gently rounded edges.
