Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie oplatków w formie stojaka imitujacego szopke. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac opakowania oplatków o walorach estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Opakowanie oplatków wedlug wzoru ma czolowa sciane o ksztaltowym, nieregularnym obrysie, do której od tylu zamocowana jest prostopadloscienna kieszen na oplatki i która od spodu polaczona jest prostokatna rozpórka z lukowo wygietymi ramionami wspornika, pomiedzy którymi jest otwór zakonczony pólokragla krawedzia, przy czym wspornik i czolowa sciana umozliwiaja katowe ustawienie opakowania.Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono rozwiniecie opakowania oplatków w widoku od czola, fig. 2 - przedstawiono zlozone opakowanie oplatków w widoku aksonometrycznym z tylu, a na fig. 3 - przedstawiono zarys czolowej sciany w widoku z przodu. Jak pokazano na rysunku opakowanie oplatków ma czolowa sciane 1 o ksztaltowym, nieregularnym obrysie 2, do której od tylu zamocowana jest prostopadloscienna kieszen 3 na oplatki i która od spodu polaczona jest prostokatna rozpórka 4 z lukowo wygietymi ramionami 5 wspornika 6, pomiedzy którymi jest otwór 7 zakonczony pólokragla krawedzia 8. Czolowa sciana 1 i lukowe ramiona 5 wspornika 6 umozliwiaja katowe ustawienie opakowania. The industrial design registration right is valid from: November 12, 2002. The subject of the industrial design is a wafer packaging in the form of a stand imitating a nativity scene. The essence of the design is a new form of wafer packaging with aesthetic values, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic outline lines of individual elements. The wafer package according to the pattern has a front wall with a shaped, irregular outline, to which a cuboid pocket for the wafers is attached at the back and which is connected at the bottom by a rectangular strut with arched support arms, between which there is an opening ending with a semicircular edge, where the support and the front wall enable the package to be set at an angle. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows an expansion of the wafer package in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the folded wafer package in an axonometric view from the back, and Fig. 3 shows the outline of the front wall in a front view. As shown in the drawing, the wafer package has a front wall 1 with a shaped, irregular outline 2, to which a cuboid pocket 3 for wafers is attached from the back and which is connected from the bottom by a rectangular strut 4 with arc-shaped arms 5 of the support 6, between which there is an opening 7 ending with a semicircular edge 8. The front wall 1 and the arc-shaped arms 5 of the support 6 enable the package to be positioned at an angle. Essential features of the industrial design of the wafer packaging, characterized in that it has a front wall (i) with a shaped, irregular outline (2), to which a cuboid pocket (3) for wafers is attached from the back and which is connected from the bottom by a rectangular strut (4) with arc-shaped arms (5) of the support (6), between which there is an opening (7) ending with a semicircular edge (8), as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1, fig. 2, and fig. 3.
