Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia lampion w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia lampion w widoku z tylu, natomiast fig. 3 przedstawia lampion w widoku z boku. Lampion, wewnatrz pusty, osadzony jest w cylindrycznej podstawie sluzacej równoczesnie do umieszczania wkladu oswietlajacego. Lampion ma postac cherubina, ze zlozonymi ku górze dlonmi w dlugiej sukni u dolu tworzacej faldy w ksztalcie pukli lukami zachodzacymi na siebie. Twarz cherubina okolona jest dlugimi wlosami zakreconymi w fale wywiniete na zewnatrz i symetryczna grzywka utworzona z lukowo nachodzacych na siebie falami. Skrzydla cherubina z boku siegaja do wysokosci fald sukni,a z tylu do wysokosci zlaczonych dloni, maja ksztalt piór ulozonych w rzedach o róznych dlugosciach skierowanych pionowo i nachodzacych na siebie. The subject of the industrial design is a lantern. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of an object, which is manifested in its shape, aimed at aesthetic goals. The object of the industrial design is shown in the accompanying illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the lantern in a front view, Fig. 2 shows the lantern in a rear view, and Fig. 3 shows the lantern in a side view. The lantern, empty inside, is embedded in a cylindrical base that also serves to place the illuminating insert. The lantern is in the form of a cherub, with the hands folded upwards in a long dress at the bottom forming folds in the shape of curls with overlapping gaps. The cherub's face is framed by long hair curled outwards in waves, and a symmetrical fringe made of arc-shaped overlapping waves. The cherub's wings on the side reach the height of the folds of the dress, and on the back to the height of the joined hands, they have the shape of feathers arranged in rows of various lengths directed vertically and overlapping each other.
