Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac czesci roboczej miksera, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig.l przedstawia czesc ro- bocza miksera w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.2- czesc robocza miksera w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, a fig.3- czesc robocza miksera w widoku z dolu. Czesc robocza miksera, wedlug wzoru, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac dwusegmentowa, przy czym segment górny ma ksztalt stozka scietego, którego sciana boczna obejmujecztery wypuklosci, zas segment dolny ma ksztalt stozka scie- tego, na którego scianie bocznej znajduje sie szesc wklesniec majacych, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarysy paraboli. Kra- wedz dolna segmentu dolnego jest falista, przy czym posrodku sciany dolnej tego segmentu usytuowany jest nóz roboczy. The essence of the design is a new form of the working part of the mixer, manifested in its shape. The subject of the decorative design is shown in the attached photograph, in which fig. 1 shows the working part of the mixer in a front perspective view, fig. 2 - the working part of the mixer in a rear perspective view, and fig. 3 - the working part of the mixer in a bottom view. The working part of the mixer, according to the design, is characterized by a two-segment design, with the upper segment having the shape of a truncated cone whose side wall includes four protrusions, while the lower segment has the shape of a truncated cone whose side wall includes six concavities that, when viewed from the front and rear, resemble parabolic shapes. The lower edge of the lower segment is wavy, with a working knife located in the center of the lower wall of this segment. PL PL PL
