Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka w postaci rycerza, wykonana jako odlew z metalu lub tworzywa imitujacego metal. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac figurki w postaci rycerza, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, elementach dekoracyjnych na jego powierzchni, nadajacych mu oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na fotografii, na której fig. 1 pokazuje figurke w postaci rycerza, w widoku z przodu, a fig. 2 - figurke w widoku perspektywicznym. Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego Figurka w postaci rycerza, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonana jako odlew z metalu lub tworzywa imitujacego metal, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma postac stojacego rycerza ubranego w zbroje. Zbrojasklada sie z nakrycia glowy w postaci przylbicy, posiadajacej poziomy otwór, nad którym to otworem wykonany jest rzad równoleglych wglebien o dlugosci zmniejszajacej sie od srodka w kierunku zewnetrznym. Zbroja ma charakterystyczny wzór ukladajacy sie w siec geometrycznych figur w postaci czworokatów, utworzonych z linii poziomych i pionowych stanowiacych czesc tulowia - napiersnik, naramienniki, opache, nalokietniki i zarekawie oraz rekawice, a takze czesc dolna z odznaczonymi nakoiannikami i nagolennicami oraz trzewikami osadzonymi na czworokatnej bryle posiadajacej dwie sciany w ksztalcie trapezów, z których górny trapez pochylony jest w stosunku do plaszczyzny poziomej w ten sposób, ze odleglosc od tej plaszczyzny po stronie krótszego boku trapezu jest wieksza niz odleglosc od strony dluzszego boku tego trapezu, zas pozostale boki czworokatnej bryly maja z przodu i z tylu ksztalt prostokatów, a z prawej i lewej strony boki sa trójkatne. Ponadto figurka umocowana jest na plycie o podstawie zblizonej do prostokata, wokól której wykonane jest obrzeze oraz ze scian bocznych odchylonych od tej podstawy pod niewielkim katem na zewnatrz i zakonczonych w czterech narozach wycieciami imitujacymi nózki, zas powierzchnia zblizonej do prostokata plyty ma reliefy wklesle w postaci drobnych, eliptycznych figur, jak pokazano na fotografii - fig. li fig.2. The subject of the industrial design is a figurine in the form of a knight, made as a cast of metal or a material imitating metal. The essence of the design is the new form of the figurine in the form of a knight, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and decorative elements on its surface, giving it an original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is presented in a photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the figurine in the form of a knight, in a front view, and Fig. 2 - the figurine in a perspective view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The figurine in the form of a knight, according to the industrial design, made as a cast of metal or a material imitating metal, is characterized by the form of a standing knight dressed in armor. The armor consists of a headgear in the form of a visor, with a horizontal opening, above which a row of parallel recesses is made, the length of which decreases from the center towards the outside. The armor has a characteristic pattern consisting of a network of geometric figures in the form of quadrangles, created from horizontal and vertical lines constituting part of the torso - breastplate, shoulder pads, armour, elbow pads, sleeves and gloves, as well as the lower part with decorated kneepads, greaves and shoes mounted on a quadrangular block with two trapezoidal walls, of which the upper trapezium is inclined in relation to the horizontal plane in such a way that the distance from this plane on the side of the shorter side of the trapezium is greater than the distance from the side of the longer side of the trapezium, while the remaining sides of the quadrangular block are rectangular at the front and back, and the sides on the right and left sides are triangular. Moreover, the figurine is mounted on a plate with a base close to a rectangle, around which a rim is made and with side walls inclined from this base at a slight angle outwards and finished in four corners with cutouts imitating legs, while the surface of the plate close to a rectangle has concave reliefs in the form of small, elliptical figures, as shown in the photograph - fig. 1 and fig. 2.
