Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie pojemnika ze srodkiem dezynfekujacym do toalety. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik ze srodkiem dezynfekujacym do toalety w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.5- pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig.6- pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig.7- pojemnik w widoku z dolu.Pojemnik ze srodkiem dezynfekujacym do toalety wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, obejmujacy korpus oraz wieszak, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus ma ksztalt cylindra, na którego tylnej scianie widoczna jest skosna powierzchnia ograniczona lukowata krawedzia, przy czym w polu skosnej powierzchni znajduje sie kilka wybran i zeber majacych, w widoku z tylu, zarysy prostokatne. Od powierzchni bocznej cylindra wystaje ku górze wieszak obejmujacy cztery ramiona, z których pierwsze osadzone na powierzchni korpusu, tworzy kat rozwarty z drugim ramieniem. Drugie ramie tworzy zarys kata prostego z trzecim ramieniem, które z kolei laczy sie z czwartym ramieniem usytuowanym pod katem ostrym w stosunku do trzeciego ramienia. Zakonczenie czwartego ramienia ma, w widoku z przodu i z tylu, zarys kola i jest nieco odgiete w stosunku do kierunku czwartego ramienia. Czesci wieszaka pomiedzy ramionami sa lukowato wyprofilowane. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the shape of the toilet disinfectant container. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a toilet disinfectant container, Fig. 2 shows a side view of the container, Fig. 3 shows a side view of the container, Fig. 4 shows a front view of the container, Fig. 5 shows a rear view of the container, Fig. 6 shows a top view of the container, and Fig. 7 shows a bottom view of the container. The toilet disinfectant container according to the industrial design, comprising a body and a hanger, has the following essential features: the body has the shape of a cylinder, the rear wall of which features an oblique surface bounded by an arcuate edge, with several recesses and ribs within the area of the oblique surface having, in a rear view, rectangular outlines. A hanger extends upward from the lateral surface of the cylinder, comprising four arms, the first of which, mounted on the surface of the body, forms an obtuse angle with the second arm. The second arm forms a right angle with the third arm, which in turn connects to the fourth arm, which is positioned at an acute angle to the third arm. The end of the fourth arm has a circular outline in both front and rear views and is slightly bent relative to the direction of the fourth arm. The hanger sections between the arms are arc-shaped.
