MISKA WISZACA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 15.07.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest miska wiszaca. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac miski wiszacej przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któ- rych fig. 1 przedstawia miske wiszaca w widoku z góry, fig.2 przedstawia miske perspek- tywicznie eksponujac jej bok i góre, fig.3 przedstawia miske perspektywicznie eksponujac jej przód i góre a fig.4 przedstawia te sama miske wiszaca perspektywicznie eksponujac jej przód i góre z kierunku skosnego do jej osi wzdluznej. Miska wiszaca utworzona jest z misy i plyty górnej oraz trzonu dolnego i plyty przy- sciennej stanowiacych jedna calosc i wykonana korzystnie z masy ceramicznej. Misa i wy- stepujaca bezposrednio za nia plyta górna, w widoku z góry, posiadaja ksztalt zewnetrzny zblizony do elipsy wydluzonej w czesci tylnej, w której to czesci boczne krawedzie plyty przechodza lagodnym lukiem tworzacym wciecie dochodzace do plaskiej sciany tylnej. Wglebienie misy ma w widoku z góry takze ksztalt elipsy w czesci przedniej i eliptyczne, o osi wielkiej prostopadlej do osi wzdluznej misy, zamkniecie czesci tylnej. Przestrzenne u- ksztaltowanie misy ma postac czaszy elipsoidy w czesci przedniej ze spadkiem w kierunku leja usytuowanego z tylu, stanowiacego otwór odplywowy. Kolnierz wodny, biegnacy w górnej czesci wglebienia, ma pochylosc odpowiadajaca uksztaltowaniu tego wglebienia. Plyta górna jest zakonczona usytuowana wyzej listwa maskujaca. Trzon dolny, w którego wnetrzu usytuowany jest syfon, wychodzi w dól od misy i ma postac zgietego kolana, na- tomiast plyta przyscienna ma ksztalt paraboli wierzcholkiem skierowanej ku dolowi, której ramiona u góry wnikaja z malym uskokiem w plyte górna. Trzon i plyta przyscienna pola- czone sa sciana zebrowa, jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach fig. 1, fig.2. fig.3 i fig.4. PL PL PLWALL-HUNG BOWL The design registration right is valid from July 15, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a hanging bowl. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the hanging bowl, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the hanging bowl from a top view, Fig. 2 shows the bowl in perspective, exposing its side and top, Fig. 3 shows the bowl in perspective, exposing its front and top, and Fig. 4 shows the same hanging bowl in perspective, exposing its front and top from an oblique direction to its longitudinal axis. The hanging bowl is composed of a bowl and a top plate, as well as a lower shaft and a wall plate, constituting a single whole and preferably made of ceramic mass. The bowl and the upper plate directly behind it, viewed from above, have an external shape similar to an elongated ellipse in the rear section, where the lateral edges of the plate flow into a gentle arc, creating a recess leading to the flat rear wall. The bowl recess, viewed from above, also has an ellipse in the front section and an elliptical closure in the rear section, with the major axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the bowl. The three-dimensional shape of the bowl is an ellipsoidal bowl in the front section, with a slope towards a funnel located at the rear, which serves as a drainage opening. The water collar, running along the upper part of the recess, has a slope corresponding to the shape of this recess. The upper plate is topped with a masking strip positioned above it. The lower shaft, which houses the siphon, extends downward from the bowl and has the shape of a bent knee, while the wall plate is shaped like a parabola with its apex pointing downward, the arms of which penetrate the upper plate with a small offset.
