MISKA KOMPAKTOWA LEJOWA - HORYZONTALNA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 15.07.1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest miska kompaktowa lejowa-horyzontalna. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac miski kompaktowej przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, na któ- rych fig 1 przedstawia miske kompaktowa w widoku z góry, fig.2 przedstawia te miske perspektywicznie eksponujac jej bok i góre, fig.3 przedstawia miske kompaktowa perspek- tywicznie eksponujac jej przód i góre a fig.4 przedstawia ta sama miske kompaktowa w widoku perspektywicznym w zestawieniu ze spluczka. Miska kompaktowa utworzona jest z misy, podstawy i plyty górnej stanowiacych jed- na calosc i wykonana, korzystnie, z masy ceramicznej. Misa i wystepujaca bezposrednio za nia plyta górna, w widoku z góry, posiadaja ksztalt zewnetrzny zblizony do elipsy wydluzo- nej w czesci tylnej, w której to czesci boczne krawedzie plyty przechodza lagodnym lukiem tworzacym wciecie dochodzace do sciany tylnej. Wglebienie misy ma w widoku z góry tak- ze ksztalt elipsy w czesci przedniej i eliptyczne, o osi wielkiej prostopadlej do osi wzdluznej misy zamkniecie czesci tylnej. Przestrzenne uksztaltowanie misy w czesci przedniej ma postac czaszy elipsoidy ze spadkiem w kierunku leja usytuowanego z tylu czaszy, stanowia- cego otwór odplywowy. Kolnierz wodny, biegnacy w górnej czesci wglebienia, ma pochy- losc odpowiadajaca uksztaltowaniu wglebienia. Ponadto, na plycie górnej, w jej koncowej czesci jest gniazdo do osadzenia spluczki posiadajace podwyzszone obrzeze w ksztalcie elipsy o osi wielkiej prostopadlej do osi wzdluznej misy. Podstawa miski kompaktowej ma postac kolumny o przekroju poprzecznym zblizonym do kola w czesci przedniej i prostoka- ta w czesci tylnej przenikajacych sie lagodnymi lukowymi przejsciami z obu stron. Tylna sciana kolumny, powyzej wystajacego horyzontalnie krócca wylotowego, biegnie skosme do dolnej krawedzi plyty górnej, a sama plyta, od srodkowej czesci misy az do konca, wy-staje poza zarys podstawy, jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach fig.l, fig.2, fig.3. i fig.4. PL PL PLCOMPACT HORIZONTAL FUNNEL BOWL The design registration right is valid from July 15, 1999. The subject of the design is a compact horizontal funnel bowl. The essence of the design is a new form of the compact bowl, manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the compact bowl from above; Fig. 2 shows the bowl from above, emphasizing its side and top; Fig. 3 shows the compact bowl from above, emphasizing its front and top; and Fig. 4 shows the same compact bowl in perspective, in combination with a cistern. The compact bowl is composed of a bowl, base, and top plate, constituting a single unit, and preferably made of ceramic. The bowl and the upper plate directly behind it, viewed from above, have an external shape similar to an elongated ellipse in the rear section, where the lateral edges of the plate form a gentle arc, creating a recess extending to the rear wall. The bowl recess, viewed from above, also has an ellipse in the front section and an elliptical closure in the rear section, with the major axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the bowl. The spatial shape of the bowl in the front section is an ellipsoidal bowl, with a slope towards a funnel located at the rear of the bowl, which serves as a drainage opening. The water collar, running along the upper part of the recess, has a slope corresponding to the recess's shape. Furthermore, the top plate features a flushing seat at its end, with a raised ellipse-shaped rim with a major axis perpendicular to the bowl's longitudinal axis. The base of the compact bowl is a column with a cross-section roughly circular in the front and rectangular in the rear, intersecting with smooth arc-like transitions on both sides. The rear wall of the column, above the horizontally protruding outlet, runs diagonally to the lower edge of the top plate, and the plate itself extends beyond the base outline from the center of the bowl to the end, as shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4.
