Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka cylindryczna z ozdobna szyjka przeznaczona do napojów, w tym szczególnie do napojów alkoholowych. The subject of the industrial design is a cylindrical bottle with a decorative neck intended for beverages, especially alcoholic beverages.

Istote wzoru - w odniesieniu do powszechnie znanych wzorów butelek - stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w je j ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie i zdobieniu szyjki, a takze umiejscowieniu na powierzchni korpusu butelki waskich pasków zaglebien. The essence of the pattern - in relation to the commonly known bottle designs - is a new form of the bottle manifested in its shape, especially in the shape and decoration of the neck, as well as the location of narrow strips of bases on the surface of the body of the bottle.

Kolejne odmiany ilustruja: fig. 3 - przedstawiajaca widok z przodu trzeciej odmiany butelki, fig. 3a - przedstawia widok z boku tej odmiany i fig. 3b - przedstawia widok z dolu tej odmiany, oraz fig. 4 - przedstawia widok z przodu czwartej odmiany butelki, fig. 4a - przedstawia widok z boku tej odmiany i fig. 4b - przedstawia widok z dolu tej odmiany butelki.
