Istota wzoru jest nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia butelke w widoku czolowym, fig. la - przed- stawia butelke w widoku z boku, fig. Natomiast nieco powyzej podstawy butelka posiada lukowate obwodowe wglebienie w postaci 2 pasów, które koncza sie na sciankach bocznych butelki w niewielkiej odleglosci od siebie. PL PLElliptical Bottle. The right to register an ornamental design is valid from April 5, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle intended for beverages, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the design is the new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 1a shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 1b shows a view from the bottom of the bottle. As shown in the drawing, the bottle that is the subject of the ornamental design – in a view from the bottom, which is analogous to the basic cross-section of the bottle – has an elliptical shape. Therefore, both the front and rear walls of the bottle, as well as the side walls, have surfaces that curve outward in an arc. Slightly above the base, the bottle has an arcuate circumferential recess in the form of two bands that terminate at the bottle's side walls a short distance apart. Below the bands, the bottle's base connects with the bottom, which is concave inward, by small radii. In the upper part, the bottle gently curves to a cylindrical neck with threaded risers.
