Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: 1. Slój o ksztalcie bryly obrotowej, w której poprzez charakterystycznie uksztaltowane krawedzie przejscia wyraznie wyodrebnione sa trzy czesci sloja: dno, czesc srodkowa oraz górna wyoblona czesc sloja. 2. 4. Górna wyoblona czesc sloja zweza sie ku wylotowi sloja a zakonczona jest pierscieniem cylindrycznym z zewnetrznymi wystepami stanowiacymi linie gwintu.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a jar intended as a packaging for food products, especially with a greasy and semi-liquid consistency. The essence of the industrial pattern is a new form of the jar, which is reflected in its shape, giving the jar a specific and original appearance. From the Polish description of the industrial design No. Rp 860, a jar is known, with a cylindrical shape consisting of a lower part with a rounded side edge and a concave bottom, a cylindrical central part and a conical upper part, with a cylindrical central part slightly smaller than the diameters adjacent to it body parts. The upper part of the body is shaped into a cone ended with a ring with shaped protrusions of multiple threads. According to the industrial pattern, the jar has the shape of a rotating body, in which three parts of the jar are clearly distinguished through the characteristic edges of the transition: the bottom, the middle part and the upper curved part of the jar. The bottom of the jar in the central part is concave, and its side wall becomes a cylindrical part with a gentle arc. The jar has a convex knurl on the perimeter of the edge, formed between the concave central part and its side wall. The central part of the jar is in the shape of an inverted truncated cone, in which the diameter of the lower cone is slightly smaller than the diameter of the upper bottom, and the diameter of the upper cone is slightly smaller than the lower diameter of the upper curved part of the jar. The upper, curved part of the jar tapers towards the mouth of the jar and is finished with a cylindrical ring with external projections constituting the thread lines. An industrial-style jar is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the jar in a side view and fig. 2 shows the jar in a bottom view. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. A jar in the shape of a rotating solid, in which three parts of the jar are clearly distinguished through the characteristic edges of the transition: the bottom, the middle part and the upper curved part of the jar. 2. The jar in the central part is concave, and its side wall with a gentle arc turns into a cylindrical part. The bottom of the jar is marked with a convex knurl on the perimeter of the edge formed between the concave central part and its side wall. 3. The central part of the jar is in the shape of an inverted truncated cone in which the diameter of the bottom cone is slightly smaller than the diameter of the upper bottom and the diameter of the top of the cone is slightly smaller than the bottom diameter of the upper curved part of the jar. 4. The upper, curved part of the jar tapers towards the mouth of the jar and is finished with a cylindrical ring with external projections constituting the thread lines. 1 Fig. 2 PL
