Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sloik, przeznaczony do konfekcjonowania produktów, zwlaszcza spozywczych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii jego krawedzi. Sloik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 jest jego widokiem boku, a fig. 2 widokiem z dolu. Sloik ma postac bryly obrotowej, której tworzaca sklada sie z polaczenia odcinków prostych i luków. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of the lines of its edges. The jar according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 is a side view and Fig. 2 is a bottom view. The jar has the form of a solid of revolution, whose generatrix consists of a combination of straight segments and arcs. Starting from the base, the jar's side surface is a fragment of a torus surface, transitioning into a fragment of a cone surface with an upward taper, which arcs into a narrow flange topped by a cylindrical neck surface with an external thread. Essential features of the industrial design A jar in the form of a solid of revolution, the generatrix of which consists of a combination of straight segments and arcs, has essential features of the industrial design, according to which, starting from the base, the side surface of the jar is a fragment of the torus surface passing into a fragment of the cone surface with a taper directed upwards, which passes in an arc into a narrow flange topped with a cylindrical surface of the neck with an external thread, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
