Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka na wody i napoje chlodzace. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego nowa postac przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni butelki. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach w dwóch odmianach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu w pierwszej odmianie, fig. 2 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu w drugiej odmianie, a fig. 3 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z góry w pierwszej odmianie. W obu odmianach butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada korpus w ksztalcie walca o dlugosci zblizonej do jego srednicy, który laczy sie z czescia dolna i górna butelki. Górna czesc butelki stanowi kopula o ksztalcie przypominajacym sciety stozek utworzony z trzech segmentów o srednicach zmniejszajacych sie w kierunku czesci wlewowej butelki: dwa pierwsze segmenty w ksztalcie oblych obreczy i trzeciego w ksztalcie zblizonym do scietegostozka oddzielonego od reszty cienkim wglebieniem. Kopula polaczona jest z czescia wlewowa w ksztalcie walca z kolnierzem o srednicy znacznie wiekszej od czesci wlewowej, umieszczonym na okolo V & jej dlugosci, która nastepnie przechodzi w gwint do polaczenia butelki z zamknieciem. Dolna czesc butelki tworzy pierscien o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy korpusu, który zwezajac sie ku dolowi przechodzi lagodnie w dno butelki o butelki. Lekko wklesle dno butelki od spodu posiada piec promieniowych, waskich wglebien, które odchodza gwiezdziscie w kierunku na zewnatrz od centralnego okraglego wglebienia. W drugiej odmianie wzoru butelka ma napis „JURA" podkreslony gruba kreska przypominaja swym ksztaltem usmiech. Napis umieszczony jest powyzej korpusu butelki na kopule w jej pierwszej czesci, która ma ksztalt oblej obreczy. Butelka moze byc wykonana ze szkla albo tworzyw sztucznych w dowolnym kolorze lub zestawieniu kolorów. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada: -korpus w ksztalcie walca o dlugosci zblizonej do jego srednicy, który laczy sie z czescia dolna i górna butelki -górna czesc butelki stanowi kopula polaczona z czescia wlewowa i przypominajaca swym ksztaltem sciety stozek. Kopula utworzona jest z trzech segmentów o srednicach zmniejszajacych sie w kierunku czesci wlewowej butelki: dwa pierwsze segmenty w ksztalcie oblych obreczy i trzeciego w ksztalcie zblizonym do scietego stozka oddzielonego od reszty cienkim wglebieniem. -dolna czesc butelki tworzy pierscien o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy korpusu, który zwezajac sie ku dolowi przechodzi lagodnie w lekko wklesle dno butelki, -w odmianie wzoru przemyslowego butelka ma napis „JURA" podkreslony gruba kreska przypominaja swym ksztaltem usmiech. The essence of the industrial design is its new form, manifested in the shape and surface arrangement of the bottle. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings in two variations, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view in the first variation, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a front view in the second variation, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a perspective view from above in the first variation. In both variations, the bottle according to the industrial design has a cylindrical body with a length similar to its diameter, which connects to the bottom and top of the bottle. The upper part of the bottle is a dome shaped like a truncated cone, composed of three segments with diameters decreasing toward the bottle's mouth: the first two segments are shaped like rounded rims, and the third is shaped like a truncated cone, separated from the rest by a thin recess. The dome is connected to the cylindrical mouth with a flange with a diameter significantly larger than the mouth, placed around the V and its length, which then transforms into a thread to connect the bottle to the closure. The lower part of the bottle forms a ring with a diameter larger than the body diameter, which tapers down to blend smoothly into the bottom of the bottle. The slightly concave bottom of the bottle has five radial, narrow recesses extending outward in a star-shaped manner from the central circular recess. In the second design variant, the bottle has the inscription "JURA" underlined by a thick line resembling a smile. The inscription is placed above the bottle body on a dome in its first part, which is shaped like an oval rim. The bottle can be made of glass or plastic in any color or color combination. The dome is made of three segments with diameters decreasing towards the bottle's inlet: the first two segments are shaped like rounded rims and the third segment is shaped like a truncated cone, separated from the rest by a thin recess. - The lower part of the bottle forms a ring with a diameter larger than the diameter of the body, which tapers downwards and merges smoothly into the slightly concave bottom of the bottle. - In the industrial design variant, the bottle has the inscription "JURA" underlined with a thick line, resembling a smile.
