Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest slój przeznaczony jako opakowanie artykulów spozywczych, zwlaszcza o konsystencji mazistej i pólplynnej. Slój wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: fig.1 przedstawia slój w widoku z boku, fig.2 przedstawia slój w widoku z dolu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: 1. Slój o ksztalcie bryly obrotowej, w której poprzez charakterystycznie uksztaltowane krawedzie przejscia wyraznie wyodrebnione sa trzy czesci sloja: dno, czesc srodkowa oraz górna wyoblona czesc sloja. 2. Dno sloja w czesci srodkowej jest wklesle, a jego scianka boczna lagodnym lukiem przechodzi w czesc cylindryczna. Dno sloja ma naniesiony wypukly molet na obwodzie krawedzi, utworzonej miedzy wklesla czescia srodkowa a jego scianka boczna. 3. Srodkowa czesc sloja ma ksztalt odwróconego stozka scietego, w którym srednica dolna stozka jest nieco mniejsza od srednicy górnej dna, a srednica górna stozka jest nieco mniejsza od dolnej srednicy górnej wyoblonej czesci sloja. 4. Górna wyoblona czesc sloja zweza sie ku wylotowi sloja a zakonczona jest pierscieniem cylindrycznym z zewnetrznymi czterema zaczepami stanowiacymi linie gwintu. 5. Na obwodzie cylindrycznego pierscienia, w jego dolnej czesci, ponizej zaczepów uformowany jest wypukly pierscien. 6. Wysokosc sloja jest okolo dwa razy wieksza od srednicy dna sloja.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a jar intended as packaging for foodstuffs, particularly those of a pasty or semi-liquid consistency. The jar according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the jar from the side, Fig. 2 shows the jar from the bottom. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. The jar is in the shape of a solid of revolution, in which three parts are clearly distinguished by characteristically shaped transition edges: the bottom, the middle section, and the upper, curved section. 2. The bottom of the jar is concave in the middle, and its side wall transitions in a gentle arc into the cylindrical section. The bottom of the jar has a convex knurl applied to the circumference of the edge, formed between the concave central part and its side wall. 3. The central part of the jar has the shape of an inverted truncated cone, in which the lower diameter of the cone is slightly smaller than the upper diameter of the bottom, and the upper diameter of the cone is slightly smaller than the lower diameter of the upper rounded part of the jar. 4. The upper rounded part of the jar tapers towards the jar's mouth and terminates in a cylindrical ring with four external hooks constituting thread lines. 5. A convex ring is formed on the circumference of the cylindrical ring, in its lower part, below the hooks. 6. The height of the jar is approximately twice the diameter of the bottom.
