PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The bottle's novel features include its external appearance, shape, and original and distinctive form. The industrial design for the bottle is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same bottle in a side view, and Fig. 3 shows the same bottle in a bottom view. The essential features of a bottle with a variable circular cross-section, a shaped lateral surface, having a gentle narrowing approximately at half its height, and a slightly concave bottom, are that it constitutes a four-part solid, the longest lower part of which, essentially similar to a cylindrical surface and located directly above the bottom of the bottle, and the approximately half-shorter, gently bulging upper part, located above the narrowing of the bottle, have, along their entire circumference, a mosaic surface made of irregularly placed and adjacent decorative elements in the form of a series of geometric figures in the shape of polygons of various sizes and orientations, resembling in their outline such figures as a trapezoid, a parallelogram, a triangle and other irregular polygons, and each of these mosaic surfaces is divided, in the axis of symmetry of the bottle, by a vertical line dividing these surfaces into two fields with a different arrangement of these decorative elements, and the central part of the solid, located between the two mosaic surfaces, constituting the bottle's narrowing, has the form of a short cylinder, having a shape close to a square in a side view, with a lateral surface made of a series of parallel and alternating ring bands located horizontally with respect to each other, having the shape of a rectangle in a side view, and of shallow recesses in the form of narrow circumferential grooves, while the end part of the bottle, located under its short cylindrical neck with thread, has a smooth lateral surface and a shape close to a truncated cone, with the generators having, in a side view, the form of gently outlined arc lines, while the bottom of the bottle has, in a bottom view the form of a ring thickened on the circumference, containing a circular element in the center with radially protruding finger ribs, evenly distributed on its circumference, whose rounded triangular ends reach the inner diameter of the ring.
