Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór zdobniczy butelki uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przed- stawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia te sama butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 przedstawia butelke w rzucie glównym poziomym, a fig. 4 te sama butelke w rzucie pomocniczym poziomym. Butelka z nakretka wedlug wzoru ma w przewadze ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu. Jej czesc prostopadloscienna ma w przekroju poprzecznym zasadniczo ksztalt kwadratowy i posiada na swojej powierzchni zewnetrznej szereg elementów ozdobnych i tloczonych elementów ksztaltowych rozmieszczonych ponad podstawa w ukladzie pietrowym wzdluz swojej wysokosci. Podstawa butelki ma ksztalt symetrycznej niskiej bryly o gladkiej powierzchni majacej w widoku odspodu ksztalt zblizony do kwadratu o zaokraglonych narozach i bokach w ksztalcie luków, oraz posiadajacej szereg elementów podluznych, o zarysie przypominaja- cym strzalki, regularnie i promieniowo rozmieszczonych w odpowiadajacych im owalnych gniazdach wewnetrznego obwodu tego kwadratu, a w narozach slupko- we wystepy o zaokraglonych krawedziach i nieco splaszczonych koncach polaczo- nych ze soba krzywymi o zarysie w widoku z boku przypominajacym zarys trapezu równoramiennego. Podstawa ta oddzielona jest od pozostalej czesci butelki pier- scieniowym wcieciem obwodowym, nad którym powierzchnia boczna butelki posiada szereg podluznych elementów ksztaltowych zorientowanych pionowo o przekroju poprzecznym zblizonym do trójkata i róznej wysokosci zwiekszajacej sie w kierunku od srodka scianki butelki, w którym znajduje sie element ksztaltowy 0 najmniejszej wysokosci, do jej zaokraglonych krawedzi bocznych, przy których polozony jest element ksztaltowy o najwiekszej wysokosci, a nad tymi elementami ksztaltowymi powierzchnia boczna butelki posiada na calym swym obwodzie podwójny zarys linii falistej w ksztalcie zblizonym do sinusoidy, której dolny wierzcholek na kazdej sciance butelki polozony jest zasadniczo w jej osi symetrii, która pokrywa sie z osia symetrii trójkatnego elementu ksztaltowego o najmniej- szej wysokosci polozonego ponizej, zas czesciowo w polu tego dolnego wierzchol- ka oraz powyzej niego powierzchnia boczna butelki posiada ponadto zarysowany podwójna linia element ozdobny w ksztalcie splaszczonej tarczy majacej w przy- blizeniu ksztalt odwróconego trójkata równobocznego o bokach w ksztalcie luków 1 zaokraglonych wierzcholkach. Natomiast czesc górna butelki stanowi bryla imitujaca postac trój warstwowe j kopuly majacej ksztalt zblizony do ostroslupa czworobocznego scietego o wszyst- kich krawedziach w ksztalcie luku i zaokraglonych narozach przy podstawie dolnej, oraz posiadajacej na kazdej powierzchni bocznej drobne elementy ozdobneo nieregularnych ksztaltach ulozone na wzór wielopalczastego liscia, i kopula ta od góry zakonczona jest szyjkowym przewezeniem z talerzykowym kolnierzem oraz nakretka majaca prawie na calej swej wysokosci pionowe naciecia rowkowe usytuowane na obwodzie, a na górze powierzchnie idealnie gladka. PL PL PLBottle The right to register an ornamental design is valid from June 15, 2000. Priority: December 15, 1999. WIPO. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, manifested in its shape, arrangement of lines, and surfaces. The bottle's ornamental design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective side view, Fig. 2 shows the same bottle in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a main horizontal projection, and Fig. 4 shows the same bottle in an auxiliary horizontal projection. According to the design, the bottle with a cap has a predominantly cuboid shape. Its cuboid section is essentially square in cross-section and features a series of decorative elements and embossed shapes on its exterior surface arranged in tiers above the base along its height. The bottle's base is a symmetrical, low block with a smooth surface. Viewed from below, it resembles a square with rounded corners and arc-shaped sides. It also features a series of elongated elements, with an outline resembling arrows, regularly and radially arranged in corresponding oval sockets on the inner perimeter of the square. At the corners, there are column-like projections with rounded edges and slightly flattened ends, connected by curves, with an outline resembling an isosceles trapezoid when viewed from the side. This base is separated from the remaining part of the bottle by an annular circumferential indentation, above which the side surface of the bottle has a number of elongated shaped elements oriented vertically with a cross-section close to a triangle and different heights increasing in the direction from the centre of the bottle wall, in which the shape element with the smallest height is located, to its rounded side edges, at which the shape element with the greatest height is located, and above these shape elements the side surface of the bottle has, along its entire circumference, a double outline of a wavy line in a shape close to a sinusoid, the lower vertex of which on each bottle wall is located substantially on its axis of symmetry, which coincides with the axis of symmetry of the triangular shape element with the smallest height located below, and partially in the area of that lower vertex. The bottle's top and bottom sides also feature a decorative element outlined with a double line in the shape of a flattened disc, roughly in the shape of an inverted equilateral triangle with arc-shaped sides and rounded tops. Above this decorative element, the bottle has a section with a smooth outer surface, divided by a series of circumferential and parallel annular grooves arranged in tiers with a constant spacing from one another, and having a uniform cross-section approximately square along their entire circumference, and in a side view, the outline of a serrated line in the shape of isosceles trapezoids. The upper part of the bottle is a solid imitating the form of a three-layered dome, with a shape similar to a truncated quadrilateral pyramid, with all edges in the form of an arc and rounded corners at the lower base, and with small decorative elements of irregular shapes on each side, arranged in the pattern of a multi-fingered leaf. This dome is topped with a neck-like narrowing with a plate-like collar and a cap with vertical grooves along almost its entire height, and a perfectly smooth surface at the top. PL PL PL
