( Wielka Brytania ) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka przeznaczona do przechowywania róznorodnych plynów. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki z zamknieciem przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z boku od strony strzalki A, fig. 3 - butelke widoku z boku od stronystrzalki B, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z boku od strony strzalki C, zas fig. 5 przedstawia butelke widoku z boku od strony strzalki D Zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym i jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach butelka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na 1/2 wysokosci od podstawy posiada rzad, równoleglych do podstawy, pierscieniowych elementów stykajacych sie ze soba w malych wglebieniach. Powyzej na okolo 1/5 wysokosci, we wglebieniu umieszczony jest pas z nieforemnymi nieregularnymi figurami, przypominajacymi plywajace kostki lodu. Ponad nimi, na zwezajacej sie ku górze butelce, usytuowane sa na obwodzie, umieszczone poprzecznie do podstawy, liniowe wybrzuszenia rozciagajace sie na okolo 1/4 wysokosci, przy czym odleglosc pomiedzy liniowymi wybrzuszeniami jest zmienna i w widoku z boku swoim ksztaltem przypomina obrys gruszki. Na szyjce butelki umieszczony jest wystajacy kolnierz, ponad nim usytuowane jest uzebrowanie wykonczone obramowaniem z malymi prostokatnymi otworami, które styka sie z nakretka z pionowymi liniami na sciance zewnetrznej. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle intended for storing various liquids. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the bottle with a closure, manifested in its shape. The subject of the decorative pattern is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a side view from arrow A, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view from arrow B, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a side view from arrow C, and Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a side view from arrow D. According to the decorative pattern and as shown in the attached drawings, the bottle is characterized in that, at 1/2 the height from the base, it has a row of ring-shaped elements parallel to the base, touching each other in small recesses. Above, at approximately 1/5 the height, in the recess, there is a band with shapeless, irregular figures, resembling floating ice cubes. Above them, on the bottle, which tapers upwards, are linear bulges placed crosswise to the base, extending approximately 1/4 of the height. The distance between the linear bulges is variable and, when viewed from the side, their shape resembles the outline of a pear. A protruding collar is placed on the bottle's neck, and above it is a ribbed rim with small rectangular holes that meet the cap with vertical lines on the outer wall.
