Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lichtarz. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac lichtarza, przejawiajaca sie w jego oryginalnym ksztalcie, który w odróznieniu od dotychczas spotykanych posiada: - element przypominajacy ksztaltem kielich o prostym, subtelnym ksztalcie, oraz - drewniany cokól. Lichtarz przedstawiony zostal na rysunkach, na których fig.l - przedstawia lichtarz pokazany w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2 - przedstawia ten sam lichtarz pokazany w widoku z boku, a fotografie fig. 3 i fig. 4 - przedstawiaja barwne fotografie zglaszanego do ochrony lichtarza. Zglaszany do ochrony lichtarz posiada kielich, o plaskim dnie i silnie wywinietych brzegach, tworzacych obwodowy kolnierz. Kielich ten usytuowany jest na podstawce, która stanowi talerzyk, o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy brzegów górnego kielicha. Opisane elementy umieszczone zostaly na drewnianym cokole, który stanowia ustawione na sobie ozdobnie uksztaltowane bryly o kwadratowych podstawach. I tak górna plaszczyzne górnej bryly stanowi najmniejszy kwadrat, krawedzie boczne scianek tej bryly sa wygiete na zewnatrz, a nieco wiekszy kwadrat stanowi jej dolna podstawe. Natomiast górna plaszczyzne dolnej bryly stanowi takze nieco wiekszy kwadrat, krawedzie boczne scianek tej bryly sa wklesle do srodka, zas najwiekszy kwadrat stanowi jej dola podstawe.Kielich wraz z podstawka wykonane sa najkorzystniej w kolorze zlotym, natomiast cokól najkorzystniej wykonany jest z jasnego drewna. Cech e istotna wzoru stanowi to, ze: - posiada kielich, o plaskim dnie i silnie wywinietych brzegach, tworzacych obwodowy kolnierz, - kielich ten usytuowany jest na podstawce, która stanowi talerzyk, o srednicy wiekszej od srednicy brzegów górnego kielicha, - opisane elementy umieszczone sa na drewnianym cokole, który stanowia ustawione na sobie ozdobnie uksztaltowane bryly o kwadratowych podstawach, przy czym - górna plaszczyzne górnej bryly stanowi najmniejszy kwadrat, krawedzie boczne scianek tej bryly sa wygiete na zewnatrz, a nieco wiekszy kwadrat stanowi jej dolna podstawe, natomiast - górna plaszczyzne dolnej bryly stanowi takze nieco wiekszy kwadrat, krawedzie boczne scianek tej bryly sa wklesle do srodka, zas najwiekszy kwadrat stanowi jej dola podstawe, zas - kielich wraz z podstawka wykonane sa najkorzystniej w kolorze zlotym, natomiast cokól najkorzystniej wykonany jest z jasnego drewna.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.3 Fig.4 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a candlestick. The essence of the design is a new form of the candlestick, manifested in its original shape, which, unlike previously encountered designs, features: - an element resembling a simple, subtle chalice, and - a wooden base. The candlestick is presented in drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the candlestick shown in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same candlestick shown from the side, and Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 present color photographs of the candlestick submitted for protection. The candlestick submitted for protection has a flat-bottomed cup with strongly curved edges, forming a circumferential collar. This cup sits on a base, which is a saucer, with a diameter greater than the diameter of the upper cup's edges. The described elements are placed on a wooden plinth, composed of stacked, ornately shaped blocks with square bases. The upper surface of the upper block is the smallest square, the side edges of this block are curved outward, and a slightly larger square forms its lower base. The upper surface of the lower block is also a slightly larger square, the side edges of this block are concave inward, and the largest square forms its lower base. The chalice and its base are preferably made of gold, while the plinth is preferably made of light wood. The essential feature of the design is that: - it has a cup with a flat bottom and strongly rolled edges, forming a circumferential collar, - this cup is placed on a base which is a saucer with a diameter larger than the diameter of the edges of the upper cup, - the described elements are placed on a wooden pedestal which consists of decoratively shaped blocks with square bases placed one on top of the other, whereby - the upper surface of the upper block is the smallest square, the side edges of the walls of this block are bent outwards, and a slightly larger square constitutes its lower base, while - the upper surface of the lower block is also a slightly larger square, the side edges of the walls of this block are concave inwards, and the largest square constitutes its lower base, and - the cup and the base are preferably made in gold, while the pedestal is preferably made made of light wood.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.3 Fig.4 PL PL PL
