Latarenka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 10 kwietnia 2000r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest latarenka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych latarence nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - prezentuje latarenke w widoku perspektywicznym pozbawiona otworu na przodzie, natomiast fig.2 - przedstawia latarenke z otworem na przodzie. Latarenka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, przedstawiona na fotografii, fig. 1, jest uksztaltowana w formie zwezajacej sie ku górze banki. Banka jest u góry polaczona z szyjka, której powierzchnia przypomina ulozone jeden nad drugim krazki, przy czym niektóre z nich maja powierzchnie boczna pionowa a inne wypukla i lukowo wyprofilowana. U dolu banka maprzewezenie i przechodzi w podstawe. Podstawa latarenki przypomina w swej formie ulozone jeden nad drugim krazki. Dolny krazek ma scianke pionowa, rozmieszczony nad nim krazek ma scianke nieco wklesla, natomiast scianka boczna górnego krazka jest scieta ukosnie. Po bokach latarenka jest wyposazona w uchwyty. Rozciagaja sie one od szyjki do górnej czesci podstawy. Uchwyty sa nieco zbiezne ku górze i maja naroza zaokraglone. Latarenka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym, przedstawiona na fotografii fig.2, jest uksztaltowana w formie zwezajacej sie ku górze banki. Banka jest u góry polaczona z szyjka, której powierzchnia przypomina ulozone jeden nad drugim krazki, przy czym niektóre z nich maja powierzchnie boczna pionowa a inne wypukla i lukowo wyprofilowana. U dolu banka ma przewezenie i przechodzi w podstawe. Podstawa latarenki przypomina w swej formie ulozone jeden nad drugim krazki. Dolny krazek ma scianke pionowa, usytuowany nad nim krazek ma scianke nieco wklesla, natomiast scianka boczna górnego krazka jest scieta ukosnie. Po bokach latarenka jest wyposazona w uchwyty, rozciagajace sie od szyjki do górnej czesci podstawy. Uchwyty sa nieco zbiezne ku górze i maja zaokraglone naroza. W przedniej sciance banki jest wykonany otwór. PL PL PLThe right of registration of an ornamental design has been in effect since April 10, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a lantern. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the lantern a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the lantern in a perspective view without the opening in the front, while Fig. 2 shows the lantern with the opening in the front. The lantern, in accordance with the ornamental design shown in Fig. 1, is shaped like a jug tapering upwards. The jug is connected at the top to a neck, the surface of which resembles discs arranged one above the other, with some having a vertical lateral surface, others convex and arched. At the bottom, the jug is narrowed and merges into the base. The base of the lantern resembles stacked discs. The lower disc has a vertical wall, the disc above it has a slightly concave wall, while the side wall of the upper disc is cut diagonally. The sides of the lantern are equipped with handles. They extend from the neck to the top of the base. The handles are slightly tapered upwards and have rounded corners. The lantern, in keeping with the decorative pattern shown in photo 2, is shaped like a spool that tapers upwards. The spool is connected at the top to the neck, the surface of which resembles stacked discs, some with vertical sides, others with convex and arched profiles. At the bottom, the spool narrows and merges into the base. The base of the lantern resembles stacked discs. The lower disc has a vertical wall, the disc above it has a slightly concave wall, and the side wall of the upper disc is cut diagonally. The lantern is equipped with handles on the sides, extending from the neck to the top of the base. The handles are slightly tapered upwards and have rounded corners. A hole is made in the front wall of the lantern. PL PL PL
