Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka z nakretka i nasadka z tworzywa sztucznego przeznaczona zwlaszcza jako opakowanie do granulowanych wyrobów cukierniczych. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac butelki z nak- retka i nasadka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie przestrzennym, proporcji wymiarowej,wygladzie powierzchni,ukladzie linii i kolorach. The axial dimension of the middle radial dimension of the nut is greater than each of its two remaining axial dimensions and less than the sum of their heights, and there is an axial hole on its front surface. The cap has a three-stage radial dimension shape, in which the largest dimension is a flat ring with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the nut's lower hole, passing at a right angle into the mean radial dimension, corresponding to the hole in the nut's front wall, passing with a gentle truncated cone into a full, rounded at the end, smallest radial dimension.
