Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka stanowiaca opakowanie napojów. Znane sa butelki o ksztalcie walca zamknietego od dolu dnem, którego górna czesc poprzez obwodowy uskok przechodzi w szyjke zbiezna w kierunku otworu butelki. Szyjka ma zewnetrzny gwint przeznaczony do wspólpracy z zaopatrzonym w gwint korkiem. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ornamentacji. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na rysunku, którego fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku a fotografia oznaczona jako fig. 2 przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym. Butelka ma ksztalt walca zamknietego od dolu dnem. Czesc górna walca poprzez obwodowy uskok przechodzi w szyjke zbiezna w kierunku otworu butelki. Szyjka ma zewnetrzny obwodowy gwint ]. przystosowana jest do zamykania butelki zaopatrzonym w gwint korkiem. Na czesci walcowej butelki znajduje sie zdobienie w postaci równoleglych do podstawy i wzajemnie równoleglych wkleslych rowków, które przebiegaja wzdluz linii prostej Na granicy obwodowego uskoku butelka ma równomiernie rozmieszczone na obwodzie cztery wypukle wystepy o ksztalcie czesci podstawy i pobocznicy stozka scietego. Powyzej wypuklych wystepów szyjka ma wklesle rowki zbiezne w kierunku otworu butelki, usytuowane prostopadle do podstawy butelki. Known bottles are cylindrical in shape, closed at the bottom by a bottom, the upper part of which, through a circumferential step, transitions into a neck that tapers towards the bottle opening. The neck has an external thread designed to cooperate with a threaded stopper. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its ornamentation. The bottle according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a view, and the photograph designated Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a perspective view. The bottle has the shape of a cylinder closed at the bottom by a bottom. The upper part of the cylinder, through a circumferential step, transitions into a neck that tapers towards the bottle opening. The neck has an external circumferential thread []. It is adapted to be closed with a threaded stopper. The cylindrical portion of the bottle is decorated with concave grooves parallel to the base and mutually parallel to it, running along a straight line. At the edge of the circumferential ledge, the bottle has four evenly spaced convex projections, shaped like the base and side of a truncated cone. Above the convex projections, the neck has concave grooves converging towards the bottle opening, situated perpendicular to the bottle base. The essential features of the industrial design are that the cylindrical part has an ornament in the form of rectilinear concave grooves parallel to the base and mutually parallel, and on the border of the circumferential step the ornament has the form of four convex projections evenly distributed around the circumference in the shape of a truncated cone on the base and side part, above which the neck has concave grooves converging towards the bottle opening, situated perpendicularly to the bottle base.
