Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka stanowiaca opakowanie napojów. Znane sa butelki majace ksztalt walca zamknietego od dolu dnem. Górna czesc walca poprzez obwodowy uskok przechodzi w szyjke, zbiezna w kierunku otworu butelki. Szyjka ma obwodowe zgubienie, dwukrotnie stopniowane i przystosowana jest do za- mykania butelki kapslem. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ornamentacji. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 2 - przedstawia ornament butelki zas na do- datkowej fotografii oznaczonej jako fig. 3 przedstawiona jest butelka w widoku per- spektywicznym. Bottles are known in the shape of a cylinder closed at the bottom by a bottom. The upper part of the cylinder, through a circumferential recess, transitions into a neck, tapering toward the bottle opening. The neck has a circumferential, double-stepped recess and is adapted for closing the bottle with a cap. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its ornamentation. The bottle according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle's ornamentation, and an additional photograph, designated Fig. 3, shows the bottle in a perspective view.
