Nakretka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 16 stycznia 1998r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest nakretka, stosowana jako wyposazenie butelek do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim ketchupów i musztard. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajaca nakretce nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonej fotografii, fig. 1 - ilustrujacej nakretke w widokuogólnym oraz na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2 - przedstawiajaca nakretke w przekroju poprzecznym. Nakretka, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowana w formie jednostronnie zamknietego plaszczyzna pozioma cylindra z przymocowana za pomoca przegubu pokrywka. Nakretka posiada niesymetryczny otwór zamykany za pomoca zatrzasku, który stanowi usytuowany wokól otworu cylinder i pierscienie znajdujace sie na spodniej powierzchni pokrywki. Scianki wokól otworu od wewnatrz sa zbiezne ku górze. PL PLThe right to register the ornamental design has been in effect since January 16, 1998. The subject of the ornamental design is a cap used as a bottle accessory for packaging, primarily ketchup and mustard. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the cap a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The subject of the ornamental design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, illustrating the cap in general view, and in the attached drawing, Fig. 2, showing the cap in cross-section. The cap, in accordance with the ornamental design, is shaped as a cylinder closed on one side with a horizontal plane, with a lid attached by a hinge. The cap has an asymmetrical opening closed by a latch, which consists of a cylinder around the opening and rings on the underside of the cap. The walls around the opening on the inside converge upwards.
