BUTELKA Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 26 marca 1999r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka, przeznaczona do plynnych wyrobów spozywczych, w szczególnosci do napojów, soków, wód mineralnych i wód gazowanych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz rysunku powierzchni i uksztaltowaniu elementów ozdobnych. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie fotografia fig.l pokazuje butelke w rzucie aksonometrycznym, fig.2 rysunek butelki w widoku czolowym, fig.3 i fig.4 rysunek zdobiny znajdujacej sie na powierzchni czaszowej, rozlozony równomiernie po obwodzie. Butelke wedlug wzoru stanowi bryla w dolnej czesci majaca ksztalt walca, którego wysokosc jest ok. 1,4 razy wieksza od promienia jego podstawy, a na ok. 70% wysokosci tego walca jego srednica jest zmniejszona o okolo 1,5% w stosunku do wartosci nominalnej, a tak utworzona powierzchnia boczna walca stanowi tak zwane pole etykietowe. Powyzej i ponizej tego wybrania srednica butelki wraca do srednicy nominalnej, po czym od góry powierzchnia walcowa przechodzi promieniem zblizonym do 0,6 wymiaru srednicy butelki w powierzchniezblizona do powierzchni scietego stozka, który powyzej plaszczyzny sciecia rozszerza sie ponownie przechodzac odwróconym promieniem o wartosci okolo 2/3 srednicy walca w czasze, przypominajaca wycinek kuli, zbudowanej na promieniu 2,6 razy mniejszym od srednicy nominalnej. Stanowiaca górna czesc butelki czasza, odwróconym ponownie promieniem o wartosci ok. 14% srednicy nominalnej butelki, przechodzi poprzez pierscien zwany ryflem w glówke butelki, która ma postac gwintowanego pierscienia z czterema prowadzeniami gwintu dla nakretki. U dolu walcowa czesc butelki, która przechodzi lagodnym promieniem w lekko wklesle do wnetrza dno, ryflowane od spodu po okregu. Stozkowa i czaszowa powierzchnia butelki ozdobiona jest trzema grawerowanymi pasami przebiegajacymi ruchem falistym po obwodzie butelki, tworzacymi wypuklosc 0,15 mm. Pasy zdobnicze maja zmienna szerokosc wahajaca sie od 1/9 do 1/3 srednicy nominalnej butelki. Butelka wykonana jest z bialego szkla. PL PL PL PLBOTTLE The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since March 26, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle intended for liquid food products, particularly beverages, juices, mineral waters, and carbonated waters. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, surface design, and the shaping of decorative elements. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustrations, where photograph Fig. 1 shows the bottle in an axonometric projection, Fig. 2 a frontal view of the bottle, and Figs. 3 and 4 a decorative design on the dome surface, evenly distributed around the circumference. The bottle, according to the design, is a cylindrical solid in its lower part, with a height approximately 1.4 times greater than its base radius. At approximately 70% of the cylinder's height, its diameter is reduced by approximately 1.5% compared to its nominal value. The lateral surface of the cylinder thus created constitutes the so-called label area. Above and below this recess, the bottle's diameter returns to its nominal diameter. Then, at the top, the cylindrical surface transitions with a radius close to 0.6 times the bottle's diameter into a surface similar to a truncated cone. Above the truncated cone, the cone expands again, with an inverted radius of approximately 2/3 of the cylinder's diameter, into a bowl resembling a segment of a sphere, built on a radius 2.6 times smaller than the nominal diameter. The upper part of the bottle, the bowl, again with an inverted radius of approximately 14% of the bottle's nominal diameter, passes through a ring called a groove into the bottle's head, which is a threaded ring with four threaded holes for the cap. At the bottom, the cylindrical part of the bottle transitions with a gentle radius into a slightly concave bottom, grooved on the underside in a circle. The conical and bowl-shaped surface of the bottle is decorated with three engraved stripes running in a wavy motion around the circumference of the bottle, creating a convexity of 0.15 mm. The decorative stripes vary in width, ranging from 1/9 to 1/3 of the bottle's nominal diameter. The bottle is made of white glass. PL PL PL PL
