Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka dowolnej pojemnosci przeznaczona na substancje plynne, zwlaszcza do napojów alkoholowych . Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, które nadaja butelce swoisty i oryginalny wyglad . Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal pokazany na zalaczonym rysunku przedsta - wiajacym butelke w widoku z boku . Butelka ma ksztalt cylindryczny i sklada sie z podstawy, korpusu oraz czesci górnej zakonczonej szyjka z dwoma kolnierzami i gwintowana glówka. Podstawe butelki stanowi uklad czterech segmentów o zmniejszajacej sie stopniowo ku górze srednicy i zróznicowanej wysokosci. Segment dolny posiada cylindryczna postac i lukowo uksztaltowana krawedz dolna, zas od góry przechodzi w cienki segment stozkowy o mocno nachylonej powierzchni . Kolejny segment ma wysokosc zblizonado segmentu dolnego i postac odwróconego stozka, przy czym srednica jego górnej krwedzi jest zblizona do srednicy segmentu dolnego . Segment górny podstawy ma postac cienkiego stozka o mocno nachylonej powierzchni . Wysokosc stozków cien - kich jest zblizona i stanowi okolo V* wysokosci segmentu dolnego podstawy . Segment górny podstawy laczy sie z korpusem butelki o ksztalcie równego walca, przy czym jego srednica jest mniejsza od srednicy segmentów podstawy . Szczytowa czesc korpusu butelki przechodzi lagodnym lukiem w czesc górna w postaci lukowo uksztaltowanego zgrubienia, przy czym promienie luku dolnego i górnego nie sa jednakowe . Srednica zgrubienia czesci górnej butelki jest zblizona do srednicy segmentu dolnego podstawy, zas jego wysokosc jest nieznacznie mniejsza od wysokosci podstawy butelki. Czesc górna butelki trzema cienkimi stozkami przechodzi w zwienczajaca ja szyjke, przy czym wysokosc tych stozków jest zblizona do wysokosci stozków cienkich podstawy butelki, zas pierwszy stozek jest mocno sciety, a srednica jego górnej partii jest znacznie mniejsza od srednicy pozostalej , dolnej czesci butelki . W górnej czesci podstawy butelki umieszczone jest prostokatne wglebienie technolo - giczne zdobione po bokach parami fantazyjnie uksztaltowanych zgrubien w postaci ostro zakonczonych i ulozonych poziomo liter „ U " . The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle of any capacity intended for liquid substances, particularly alcoholic beverages. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines that give the bottle a unique and original appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing showing the bottle from a side view. The bottle is cylindrical and consists of a base, a body, and an upper part ending in a neck with two flanges and a threaded head. The base of the bottle is a system of four segments with a gradually decreasing diameter towards the top and varying heights. The lower segment is cylindrical in shape and has an arc-shaped lower edge, while at the top it transitions into a thin conical segment with a strongly inclined surface. The next segment has a height similar to the lower segment and is in the form of an inverted cone, with the diameter of its upper edge being similar to that of the lower segment. The upper base segment is a thin cone with a strongly inclined surface. The height of the thin cones is similar and constitutes approximately V* of the height of the lower base segment. The upper base segment connects to the body of the bottle, which is shaped like an equal cylinder, with its diameter being smaller than the diameter of the base segments. The top part of the bottle body transitions in a gentle arc into the upper part in the form of an arc-shaped bulge, with the radii of the lower and upper arcs not being the same. The diameter of the bottle's upper section is similar to the diameter of the lower base segment, while its height is slightly less than the height of the bottle's base. The upper section of the bottle flows into the neck with three thin cones, the height of these cones being similar to the height of the thin cones of the bottle's base. The first cone is strongly truncated, and the diameter of its upper section is significantly smaller than the diameter of the remaining, lower part of the bottle. The upper section of the bottle ends with a neck in the form of a slightly tapering cone topped with three technological rings and a threaded head. The neck's surface is profiled in the form of a gentle arch, and its height is slightly greater than the height of the bottle's base. In the upper part of the bottle's base there is a rectangular technological recess decorated on the sides with pairs of fancifully shaped bulges in the form of sharply pointed and horizontally arranged letters "U".
