Opakowanie produktów spozywczych Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie produktów spozywczych stosowane do przechowywania, ekspozycji i spozywania zwlaszcza produktów mleczarskich. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie lukowo wypuklych, wkleslych oraz krzyzujacych sie linii scianek, nadajacych swoisty indywidualny wyglad powierzchni opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 1 do fig. 4 na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia widok opakowania z góry, fig. 2 - widok opakowania z boku, fig. 3 - widok perspektywiczny opakowania od strony dna, fig. 4 - widok perspektywiczny opakowania od strony zamkniecia. Opakowanie produktów spozywczych wykonane jest z tworzywa sztucznego i ma postac pojemnika otwartego ku górze. Dolna czesc pojemnika ma ksztalt walca o lukowo uksztaltowanych sciankach bocznych, górna odwróconego stozka scietego z wieksza podstawa skierowana ku górze i lukowo uksztaltowanymi sciankami bocznymi. Scianki boczne oraz dno opakowania stanowia wypukle luki o ksztalcie zblizonym do platków kwiatu. Przy górnej krawedzi poziomo i obwodowo na zewnatrz bocznych scianek rozciaga sie kolnierz z polaczonymi, ulozonymi naprzeciwlegle na zewnetrznej krawedzi, platkami i wypustem o zaokraglonych narozach na którym znajduje sie wyprofilowany wystepskierowany ku górze, stanowiacy zatrzask. Na dnie opakowania wykonane sa promieniowe rowki w postaci prostych linii tworzacych w miejscach przeciecia wglebienia. Opakowanie produktów spozywczych, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonane z tworzywa sztucznego, posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego takie, ze: 1. ma postac otwartego pojemnika, który w dolnej czesci ma ksztalt walca a w górnej odwróconego stozka scietego z wieksza podstawa skierowana ku górze, przy czym boczne scianki oraz krawedzie dna stanowia, rozmieszczone symetrycznie, wypukle luki o zarysie zblizonym do platków kwiatu (fig. 4), 2. przy górnej krawedzi poziomo i obwodowo na zewnatrz bocznych scianek rozciaga sie kolnierz w ksztalcie wypuklych luków o zarysie zblizonym do platków kwiatu, z których dwa znajdujace sie naprzeciwlegle, sa ze soba zlaczone (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig.3, fig. 4), 3. kolnierz zaopatrzony jest w wypust o zaokraglonych narozach na którym znajduje sie wystep skierowany ku górze, stanowiacy zatrzask (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig.3, fig. 4), 4. na dnie opakowania wykonane sa promieniowe nieprzecinajace sie rowki w postaci prostych linii (fig.l, fig.3, fig. 4).Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 PLFood Packaging: The subject of the industrial design is food packaging used for storing, displaying, and consuming dairy products in particular. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product, manifested in the shape and arrangement of arched, convex, concave, and intersecting wall lines, which give the packaging surface a unique, individual appearance. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings in Figures 1 to 4, where Figure 1 shows a top view of the packaging, Figure 2 shows a side view of the packaging, Figure 3 shows a perspective view of the packaging from the bottom, and Figure 4 shows a perspective view of the packaging from the closure. The food packaging is made of plastic and has the form of a container open at the top. The lower part of the container is cylindrical with arched side walls, while the upper part is an inverted truncated cone with a larger base pointing upward and arched side walls. The side walls and the bottom of the package are convex arcs, similar in shape to the petals of a flower. At the upper edge, a flange extends horizontally and circumferentially outside the side walls, with interconnected petals arranged oppositely on the outer edge and a projection with rounded corners, which features a profiled projection pointing upward, acting as a latch. The bottom of the package is provided with radial grooves in the form of straight lines, forming recesses at the intersections. The packaging of food products, according to the industrial design, made of plastic, has the following essential features of the industrial design: 1. it has the form of an open container, which in the lower part has the shape of a cylinder and in the upper part an inverted truncated cone with the larger base directed upwards, wherein the side walls and the edges of the bottom constitute symmetrically arranged convex arches with an outline similar to the petals of a flower (fig. 4), 2. at the upper edge, horizontally and circumferentially outside the side walls, a collar extends horizontally and circumferentially outside the side walls in the shape of convex arcs with an outline similar to the petals of a flower, two of which are located opposite are connected to each other (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4), 3. the collar is provided with a tongue with rounded corners on which there is a protrusion directed towards at the top, constituting a latch (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4), 4. at the bottom of the package there are radial, non-intersecting grooves in the form of straight lines (fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4).
