Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szklany pojemnik przeznaczony do pakowania produktów spozywczych w szczególnosci takich jak musztarda, majonez czy ketchup. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt szklanki z grubego szkla z czterema charakterystycznym zgrubieniami w ksztalcie pierscieni umieszczonych od dolu do 1/4 wysokosci pojemnika. Wzór przemyslowy jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok pojemnika z boku i na ilustracjach fotograficznych w ujeciu z boku i perspektywicznym. Pojemnik jest prosty i funkcjonalny, widoczne cztery zgrubienia w dolnej czesci pojemnika nadaja estetyczny wyglad.fig. 1 PL PL PL PL PLThe industrial design is a glass container intended for packaging food products, particularly mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface arrangement. The container, according to the design, is shaped like a thick glass tumbler with four distinctive ring-shaped bulges placed from the bottom to a quarter of the container's height. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a side view of the container, and in photographic illustrations from a side and perspective view. The essential features of the glass container in question are that the container expands radially upward from the base, so that the ratio of the top diameter to the base diameter is 1.4 and the ratio of the base diameter to the height is 0.6. The container is simple and functional; the four visible bulges in the bottom part of the container give it an aesthetic appearance. Fig. 1 PL PL PL PL PL
