Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu nadajaca nowy oryginalny wyglad i indywidualny charakter przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie i wlasciwosci powierzchni zewnetrznych, zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych i wyrózniajacych. Dwa przeciwlegle wybrania przy plaskiej górnej podstawie maja prostokatny uskok, na sciankach którego widoczne jest okienko w ksztalcie wycinka kola wykonane ze szklanej hartowanej szyby, natomiast na dole wybrania figuruje napis EUROASFALT stanowiacy oznaczenie firmy, a na drugim wybraniu napis S-5. W owalnym boku znajduja sie jeszcze dwa naprzeciw lezace prostokatne wybrania sluzace do mocowania elementu odblaskowego w jezdni. Na powierzchni owalnego boku wykonane sa wystajace pólokragle przeciwposlizgowe wypuklosci. Czesc dolna zeliwnego korpusu ma ksztalt walca o srednicy mniejszej od srednicy górnego korpusu, a na jego powierzchni nalozone sa pionowe pofaldowane nakladki, przez co calosc uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji na fig. 1 i fig. 2. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, giving it a new, original appearance and individual character, manifested in the shape and properties of the external surfaces, aimed at aesthetic and distinctive purposes. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration in a general view in Fig. 1 and in a top view in Fig. 2. The essential features of the industrial design The active roadside reflective road stud, which serves to improve the safety of road users, according to the industrial design, are expressed in that it is formed by a mushroom-shaped cast iron body, consisting of two interconnected parts: an upper body and a lower body. The body, viewed from above, has the external outline of a solid inscribed in a circle. The upper part of the body, which serves as an armored shield, has a round, flat base that widens downward, creating an oval side with two recessed surfaces on opposite sides. The two opposing recesses at the flat upper base have a rectangular recess, the walls of which feature a circular window made of tempered glass. At the bottom of the recess, the company logo reads "EUROASFALT," while the second recess displays the inscription "S-5." The oval side also contains two opposite rectangular recesses for mounting the reflector to the road. The oval side has protruding semicircular anti-slip ridges. The lower part of the cast iron body is cylindrical in shape with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the upper body, and vertical corrugated overlays are placed on its surface, thanks to which the whole obtains advantageous distinguishing and functional features, as shown in the attached illustration in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
