Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik na slodycze. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie pojemnika na slodycze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia pojemnik na slodycze w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z boku i z przodu, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku z przodu, fig.3- pojemnik w widoku z boku, fig.4- pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig.5- pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik na slodycze wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt stozka z zaokraglonym wierzcholkiem i którego sciana boczna ma dziesiec wypuklosci i dziesiec wklesniec ulozonych naprzemiennie. Podstawa stozka jest wypukla i ma otwór o zarysie kolistym usytuowany posrodku pola podstawy, przy czym wokól otworu wypietrza sie niski kolnierz, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.5.FIG. 1 FIG. 2FIG. 3 FIG. 4FIG. 5 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a candy container. The design's novelty and individual character are reflected in the shape of the candy container. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the candy container in perspective views from above, from the side, and from the front; Fig. 2 shows the container in a front view; Fig. 3 shows the container in a side view; Fig. 4 shows the container in a top view; and Fig. 5 shows the container in a bottom view. The candy container, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it is cone-shaped with a rounded top and its side wall has ten alternating protrusions and ten concavities. The base of the cone is convex and has a circular opening located in the center of the base area, with a low flange rising around the opening, as shown in the attached illustrations, from Fig. 1 to Fig. 5.
