Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest przykrywka na pojemnik na slodycze. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie przykrywki na pojemnik na slodycze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia przykrywke na pojemnik na slodycze w widoku perspektywicznym z góry, z boku i z przodu, fig.2- przykrywke w widoku z boku, fig.3- przykrywke w widoku z góry, a fig.4- przykrywke w widoku z dolu. Przykrywka na pojemnik na slodycze wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: ma ksztalt bryly, której sciana boczna stanowi sciane boczna stozka scietego, przy czym tuz ponizej polowy wysokosci tej sciany przebiega obwodowa wypuklosc. The novelty and individual character of the design are reflected in the shape of the lid for the confectionery container. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the lid for the confectionery container in perspective views from above, from the side, and from the front; Fig. 2 shows the lid in a side view; Fig. 3 shows the lid in a top view; and Fig. 4 shows the lid in a bottom view. The lid for the confectionery container, according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: it has the shape of a solid, the side wall of which is a truncated cone, with a circumferential convexity running just below half the height of this wall.
